컴포트 인 라스 베이거스(Comfort Inn Las Vegas New Mexico)

건물이 노후되어 개조가 필요합니다. 욕실 바닥과 욕조 선반에는 길고 검은 머리카락이 있습니다. 침대 커버를 뒤로 젖히니 다시 긴 검은 머리가 나왔다. 내 것이 아닙니다. 나는 금발입니다. 엘리베이터가 없는 2층 건물입니다.

construction going on next lot over so a little messy on the exterior, but overall a good place to stay. Still doing renovations in rooms, TV needed resetting, front desk person very friendly and helpful

No security. At least one outside door did not lock. Hot tub was not working. Breakfast below average

1. the light switch at the door doesn't turn on any light! Why not? 2. the water faucet in the shower, turned counter-clock-wise was cold and then the water stopped and you had to turn it past the stop to get hot! Not Normal & WAS CONFUSING! 3. more carts for carrying bags/stuff to our room would be nice. 4. slow check-in at 9 pm when many were checking-in. 5. Breakfast is GRREAT!

This is my second time staying here, and my husband has stayed here on solo trips as well. The gentleman that works during the later hour is a true delight and very efficient. He's very polite and respectful, and checks you in fast. Even if the phone is ringing, he stays focused on you, he doesn't pick up until he's finished with you! The beds are comfortable and the pillows are awesome. The property is older, the bath tub's coating is peeling up a little, but understandable for the age of the hotel. My only two complaints would be, they don't have curtains on the windows, just a fairly filmy shade. The other dislike is the smell in the hallways, almost a moldy type smell, or maybe it's the air freshener they use, but it has a moldy/musty unpleasant odor. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. We were not notified that there isn't an elevator. The door security bolt was missing. The chairs in the room were unsittable as they fell back or just didn't have enough fluff for comfort. The knob on inside of bathroom door was broken. After showering, I did not bring a hair dryer because they were provided. However mine didn't work. The desk said I could go to another room to use one. At 7:30 am I went to desk to find a place to use hair dryer, the person on duty was on. 20 minute break. I left in 17 degree weather with a wet head. I will sleep in my car before I pay any money to stay here. You've been warned!

The property is old and they uust put a fresh voat of paint on all old materials a few years ago. The shower pan had a hole in it and many cracks and was concerned when stepping if it woudl hold.me or not. Somoen elses pee on my toilet and many ***** in the shower are. The front desk staff was pleasant, the breakfast was okay, coffee was made early. There was never a hot breakfast option out out as advertised. I wont be staying here again.

About an hour After check in a couple walked in the room with there own key they had rented the room to that couple after us we have had three people walk in our room with there own keys so don’t feel safe worst place I’ve ever stayed at
