코스타레나 비치 호텔(Costarena Beach Hotel)

The staff are wonderful. They are kind, attentive and helpful. It is right across the street from the beach. We had quiet nights, a view of the ocean, no bugs and a great rest. The restaurant attached on the beach is a good value with delicious food. This is our fifth time. That should say it all!

Costarena Beach Hotel is on the beach. Their restaurant serves food right in the beach. The food is good but don’t be in a hurry to eat. They have very polite stay that are very helpful. Most are very limited in English but with google translator we have been able to communicate just fine. The rooms are adequate and the air conditioning works great. They provide towels for the beach and they do have about a dozen or so lounge chairs for their guests to use. You can walk to many restaurants and shops.

Good location, attractive rooms, pretty garden, decent little pool, good value, excellent customer service, especially Carmen on front desk, who was outstanding, and I say that as a professor of hospitality. She was welcoming, resourceful and always cheerful. Muchas Gracias. 🙏

The check in was very professional and Carmen at the reception but the cleaning staff were rude and unprofessional that made my trip uncomfortable and ended poorly. Overall the area is great outside of the hotel.

#1 the property was very clean this includes the grounds, lobby, pool, reception, restaurant and, most importantly, the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every position held. Our room had a small refrigerator and a hair dryer which were not listed on *******'s website. Judith(?) checked us in and was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Carmen, also at the front desk, is an absolute asset to this hotel. Her kindness and thoughtfulness goes above and beyond what is expected. Carmen was a surprise Chris**as gift as she shared her heart and her soul with us during our stay while doing her job. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

The rooms weren't what I booked and on the 2nd day we were moved to an apar**ent that was great once they got the 2 mini splits to work. Maid service was off and on and we had to go to the desk for water , coffee toilet paper towles ect. The one bright star was Carmen. She worked at the reception area. She should teach the others to be half as kind as she was. Over all the hotel is older but on the beach and if they had more employes like Carmen who was great you might overlook the rest. I would stay there again.

It was amazing. Services was fenomenal and very professional. Food was great. Pool was clean and warm.
