Tolles Hotel direkt am Meer mit super Garten ! Das Restaurant war super ! Leider bei 5 Sterne klein Wasser im Zimmer und Nespresso Maschine Es war auch kein Kosmetik Sachen oder Seife !! Service im Zimmer Ok

좋은 호텔이지만 오늘날 22C의 더위 속에서 야외 식사 공간에서 야외 가스 히터를 사용한다고 주장하는 것에 놀랐습니다. 아무도 그것을 요구하지 않았고 그것은 경험을 불편하게 만들었습니다. 우리는 이것을 그만 두어야 합니다!! 형편없는 RIU.

훌륭한 위치, 아름다운 수영장, 훌륭한 음식 - 다양한 종류의 뷔페, 대부분의 직원이 매우 친절함. 그러나 일부 부정적인 점 - 우리 방에서 압도적인 사용과 살충제 냄새 - 호텔을 떠난 지 2일 후에도 여전히 냄새가 납니다! 다른 놀랍고 실망스러운 점(5성급 호텔의 경우) - 슬리퍼가 제공되지 않고, 객실 내 금고를 사용하는 데 22유로의 요금이 부과되며, 베개와 수건은 3성급 수준이었습니다.

This is an excellent hotel! Reception staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and we never felt rushed with our queries. Every area of the hotel is spotlessly clean and the grounds are well cared for by the numerous gardeners. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space to accommodate your clothes. Large bathroom with large shower. Pools are well maintained with plenty of comfortable padded sunbeds and no problem finding one to flop onto whatever time of day you decide to turn up. The pool attendants are the best I have ever seen and actively help people to put up sunshades and locate them exactly as you want. The waiting staff servicing the pool areas work tirelessly to supply drinks and snacks. The restaurants are excellent with great quality food. We visited both a la carte restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed both. Waiting staff are always welcoming and efficient in their duties. The location of the hotel is excellent. The promenade gives easy access to the Maspalomas beach and dunes. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants in close walking distance. We will definitely be returning 😊

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Exceptionally clean. Every attention to detail. Excellent choice of food especially if you like seafood. Best internet speed ever in a hotel. Quality of evening shows first class. Sometimes 3 acts . Quality of service first class. We had a small issue with tv remote and shower, maintenance man was there in 5 mins to resolve. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Kitchen staff and management don’t give a damn about food intolerance, dietary requirements or any complaints you might care to make , if you have any food allergies or require vegetarian food etc Don’t come here ! Hospital is close by and get good insurance, food marked as vegetarian has shellfish /fish/meat/meat products in . I have spoken to the head waiter , head chef and manager and they all just say the labels are produced by head office and they can’t control them. My advice would be to go elsewhere possibly Dunas hotel who did seem to try and accommodate dietary needs. Hotel rooms , public areas and location is excellent and the staff are friendly and hard working

This hotel really lives up to the 5 stars because of the variety and standard of the food. Whilst it is self service, the choice is vast. Different themes on various nights add to variety. We thought it was worth paying a paltry extra sum for a larger room in the gardens away from the main building. If you don’t pay for a sea view you may not have a great room. The staff are amazing. The specialist restaurants are great and free but book immediately on arrival. You didn’t need to particularly reserve your sunbed early in the morning however the two adult only areas did get crowded fairly quickly. Evening entertainment on most nights was of a high standard. Access to the lovely surrounding areas of Meloneras is very easy on foot. I would say this hotel is very good quality for the price you pay. I would recommend using the RIU app in arrival, even if you didn’t book directly with them.

Wow what a place, we have been coming to Meloneras for 6 years now and tried several other hotels in our opinion, this hotel stands out above the rest, has a very relaxed a**osphere around the complex, we had a garden room which was a good size, shower room to die for, large King bed very comfy one of the best I have been on, rooms are very clean, 5 Swimming pools all very nice with plenty of sun beds no need to reserve you will always get one in the sun, we went half board and found the drink reasonable in price, food again excellent quality. Location is on the front only 5 mins walk to the shops and no more than 10 mins to the Beach.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service provided. Food was good with a lot of variety to choose from. Cooking stations very good for fish, fushion, eggs, however would have preferred more meat options.
