Really lovely hotel in the old part of Las Palmas. Fantastic location, building, room and service. Couldn’t have been better. Close to the cathedral and the main square. Easy to reach local restaurants and shops. All in all we couldn’t have had a better experience

My husband and I were here in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, to celebrate my Big Birthday and so happy I chose this lovely, traditional characterful style hotel! We received a warm welcome from the head receptionist and our quiet Superior Room was perfect! We had a great view of the Cathedral and overlooked the attractive piazza. Loved the rooftop bar - view of the cathedral floodlit in the evenings. The shower was spacious and had a giant pool shower head and a hand held smaller head. Breakfast was perfect with a good choice. We thoroughly recommend the Hotel!

Fabulous smallish hotel in Vagueta, with a lovely roof terrace bar (which serves drinks and nibbles/platters). On reception we were looked after by Jose and Nerea (we passed your greetings on to the Mogan Playa team) who were both lovely and extremely helpful. Jose kindly arranged to phone a tour guide who we had a booking with to change the time for us, something I would have struggled to do with my rudimentary Spanish. The breakfast room is lovely, they operate on sittings (as it is only small) which you book the night before, but the food on offer is topped up constantly and there is a great array of choices. The hotel is spotlessly clean, room very well appointed, and lovely historical touches. We were in a Classic Room which was lovely. Sadly only there for 1 night, but we have already booked a 2 night stay later in the year. Las Palmas has a lot to offer, and great sightseeing.

WARNING ABOUT THIS PLACE! Both the rooftop floor manager and the bar staff are incredibly rude and judge you based on your appearance. If you don’t look like someone with a big wallet, they apparently treat you with complete disregard. There’s clearly a lot these two individuals don’t know about there guests, but that’s beside the point. The level of service and quality this time was nothing like it was when we visited in January this year. Now it's was 20/12-2024 and Christmas time. My partner and I are passing through and have visited this island and hotel multiple times throughout 2024. However, this time, I truly did not feel welcome at their rooftop bar. We weren’t bothering anyone, just sitting quietly at our table, but all we experienced was what felt like envy and disdain. The staff made unnecessary remarks towards us as guests, which we did not appreciate. Went from one place to this rooftop, level of service skills is a big difference here. No one paying someone’s wages should have to endure such behavior at an upscale rooftop bar. I don’t understand why people in lower-paid jobs feel entitled to verbally target us and still expect a tip for good service. The treatment we received completely ruined our visit and our moment in the sun, throwing off our vibe and feelings. We went for an experience that only left us with bad memories. My advice is to spend your money where the staff is committed to delivering high-quality service without unnecessary comments like we encountered at this rooftop bar. Établissement somptueux avec Un rooftop qui propose un ver avec une vue à 360e incroyable. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville avec des bus à 10mn pour les destinations plus lointaines . Tous les équipements sont mis à disposition. Petit déjeuner copieux et bons produits . Un accueil merveilleux par la solaire Nerea qui nous a mis à l'aise et qui m'a permis de progresser en espagnol rapidement par sa patience et bienveillance. Merci milles fois à elle ! Cette femme est une véritable pépite !
