Had a great week at the hotel. Room was lovely, new coffee machines, complimentary soft drinks and nibbles and cava on arrival, all usual toiletries and hairdryer, pool towels included. Food good, pool area and rooftop sunbathing all good, no rush for sunbeds and all that stuff here - brilliant location right in the marina with access to the sea from the hotel. We ate out and everything is just right there in the doorstep - perfect! Thank you we’ll be back x

Lovely Hotel with excellent friendly staff. Everyone is very attentive and nothing is too much trouble! It was our first stay at this hotel but not our first time in Puerto de Mogan. The hotel has the perfect location we had a first floor room with a small balcony over looking the harbour. It didn’t get sun till about mid day but it was lovely to sit with a late afternoon drink and watch the sun going down. The rooms were very clean and the turn down service and lindt chocolate was an added bonus. What lets this hotel down is the restaurant food sadly it needs improvement. It’s very repetitive the hot food was lukewarm and nothing really makes a meal it’s all a bit random. We stayed over Christmas and had the Gala Dinner I wish we’d gone out. We did end up eating out 3 nights just to eat something different and that was hot. I did tell the guests relations. Give people the option of B&B and help support the local restaurants. I would return if I was coming back to Gran Canaria but I’d ask for B&B. The best move this hotel could make would be Adult Only its mainly adults but as we were leaving some small children arrived and you could see some of the older guest we’re not very happy.

We’re day four into an 11 day stay at Livvo Mogan and couldn’t be happier. An amazing hotel with wonderful staff and facilities. The hotel manager Ricardo has been so helpful and has made celebrating my 50th birthday in Puerto Mogan so special. If you’re looking for a fantastic hotel in a beautiful place. Just returned from a week’s stay in hotel. Disappointed with first room we were allocated but happy once room was changed two days later. Hotel is spotless and staff are very friendly, especially Raquel on Reception. Food is very good with lots of choice. Dining room can be very busy as people staying in apartments also use facilities. Pool area is clean but can also be quite busy. Sunbeds would be more comfortable with cushions but Balinese beds are available at a cost of €50 a day to include drinks and snacks. Access to sea also available. We used the roof terrace which was quiet and amazing views. Enjoyed the very central location of this hotel and will certainly be returning.

This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived everything was spot on the staff (Tamara, Josefa, the lady that welcomed us on our arrival so many brilliant staff all a credit to the hotel) the rooms and the view (we were Marina side), the food, Smoked salmon, Cavier and the wonderful honey 100% the best. Keep it up everyone. Oh one last thing my parents are coming back next year
