這家不錯的，附近吃飯超市都很方便，房間也很乾凈，唯一不足就是要是靠馬路的房型的話早上會有點馬路的聲音，但是整體還行，早餐還可以的

Lamentablemente la calefacción solo tenía posibilidad de enfriar la habitación,tenía 38 grados cuando llegamos y se tardo aproximadamente unas 5 hrs en descender hasta 28 grados

The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast is very good; the fruit and pastries are delicious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I traveled with friends, and we both had personal notes in our rooms thanking us for both rooms being gold status. That’s was a nice touch! I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was awesome great location very friendly staff wonderful accommodations. They went above and beyond to take care of us. We would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to any family and friends that are coming to Santiago.

Great location at Marinas! The room is comfortable and clean! Breakfast is ok! There’s a smartfit (gym) near the hotel, parque arauca is not so far, wu can go walking there. The view from the restaurant and from the gym is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!

Very helpful staff. The rooms are large and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I did find the air conditioning a bit too much and hard to adjust well Great location in Las Condes. Great shower. The breakfast was good and in a lovely high position for a great view

Good - Very good business hotel at prime location in Santiago..rooms are neat and clean.. value for money.. Hotel staff are courteous specially the reception staff (pic enclosed) Area of improvement - Timing of Laundry, breakfast etc may be informed at the time of check in... More vegetarian options may be made available during breakfast and dinner..

The hotel is located well out of the city centre. There are a few restaurants nearby. The room was clean but a bit hit and miss with coffee and creamer sachets and we could have done with more towels. Breakfast was adequate but the hot food was only luke warm, the coffee was not very hot either. On the weekend the breakfast doesn't open until 07.00 which resulted in it being very busy at that time, perhaps it could open earlier to accommodate airline staff and tourists leaving for the airport?
