We had a really lovely stay. We didn't check in till late but had a real quick check in. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. I went down to the bar and had a really nice cocktail and brought it back to my room. The only bad thing was the next day we noticed some stains on the top of our duvet that we definitely didn't cause ourselves.

Checked in around 3.30 and was greeted by mary, She was very helpful and had us checked in within minutes which was great as my toddler was unsettled, She gave him some colouring in stuff which he loved, So thankyou for that. The staff were great always full of smiles and happy to help. The housekeeping team are fab, helped us with everything we needed, and had our room clean whenever we needed. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bath is great. Can't wait for us to return.

Stayed for my daughter 14th birthday.,Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When they have find out the reason why we are staying they informed the restaurant staff and surprised us with decorations on table and complementary desserts for the birthday girl. We are definitely coming back soon

Recently enjoyed yet another few days break at this lovely hotel in beautiful Carrickfergus. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The purpose of our visit this time was to surprise friends who were staying for a 60th birthday celebration - they had no idea we were going to be there - and the staff went out of their way to help us in our mission to surprise them. Mustn't forget to mention the great staff at the adjoining Brewers Fayre too. Thanks to Jackie, Andrea and all the staff for making our short stay so pleasant - so much so that we've already booked to return in August. Moira and Viv (Wales)

We stayed here for the third time last weekend and are pleased to report that the standards here are exceptionally high and consistent with our previous visits to this wonderfully located hotel. We have always found the staff here to be extremely pleasant,helpful and friendly. The hotel and rooms are always well presented and clean, a credit to Kris the manager and his team. If in the area again this will be our first choice place to stay.
