Very friendly staff. Location is good, quite close to the beach and restaurant area, but streets around it do not look that good

A lovely small hotel.. very spacious room with balcony and large shower / bathroom. Everything was spotless and clean. Very friendly staff and welcoming from day of arrival. Food at breakfast very good with a good selection of food available... lovely outside courtyard area for seating / eating. Would definitely come back here. Great location as in city centre and close to everything. Short walk to the beach.

Despite contacting the hotel multiple times before our trip to advise of our intended arrival time, we arrived out of hours (4am) and had no access to our room. We had been advised and given assurances that the room key would be left on reception for our arrival. Other keys were there for other guests, but not ours. Nobody was answering the hotel emergency phone number and we had to sleep on the sofas in reception until staff arrived at 8am. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the receptionist did not even offer an apology the next morning. This is after us having paid for a room for the night and not being granted access until 8am!! On my return home to the UK I have emailed the hotel twice to complain and request a refund for that first night of our stay. My emails have been ignored. Not great!

Great position in the old town, Short walk to the main shopping area and the seafront. Staff were excellent and made the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented. Room was comfortable and well looked after. Great air conditioning.

Hotel was well situated in Larnaca, central. Staff was amazing and very kind. Breakfast was wonderfull and staff funny and very helpfull Very good hotel and beds are great!

Checking in was quick and easy. My standard room was huge with a double aspect balcony and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The whole place was gleaming and spotlessly clean, the white bedding and towels were good quality. Sadly, I missed breakfast but I was told that it is excellent value and that the chef even makes the granola himself! The location is in a quieter part of town and that was a bonus, it was only 5 minutes walk from the best bars and restaurants. At no time did I feel unsafe. The staff were amazing. Many thanks to Helen, the wonderful receptionist and Jimmy the chef who both went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. I will definitely return to this gem of a hotel and highly recommend it to everyone.
