Excellent hotel with excellent location located.near to sea. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Kavier . Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Good food, friendly workers and good ambience

La comida muy básica y las instalaciones me falto un ascensor, supongo que para la gente mayor los ubicará en el bajo.

酒店對面有超市、很多餐廳和租車店，離海灘也非常近！非常方便！酒店內設計了很多小童遊玩的設施，晚上有為孩子準備的演出，適合帶孩子旅行的家庭！酒店離各個景點的距離適中，離機場也不遠，建議租車遊玩

Our first family holiday and we were not disappointed at all! A welcoming and friendly reception team guided us through our stay and answered any questions we had on arrival We had booked a family suite as we were traveling with a 1 year old and I can honestly what a fantastic room! Newly refurbished it was ideal! Clean spacious and the little kitchen area hidden inside the cupboards was perfect for keeping our little boys snacks and yoghurts cool and making up his milk. Another highlight I really liked was the two Sumner’s on our terrace which meant when my little one was having a sleep I could sunbathe and wasn’t missing our on the sun Pools were fabulous one heated one not but didn’t make a difference to us and a little splash pool for non swimmers! Pool area clean and tidy and well Cared for. Entertainment staff were second to none. Baby club allowed you to take the little ones into play for short periods or drop off and leave for a little while and they staff were all great with the kids. In the evening the mini disco was idea for children and then the shows after. Food was delicious! Great selections of fruit vegetables and meat especially local caught fish. And kids section as well each day varied and the chefs were friendly and informative At this point I want to make a special mention to Orianny one of the waitresses My little boy took a real shine to her and she made special efforts to come and see him and she really is just a lovely kind soul and we appreciated everything she did for us. The gym is fab not massive but every bring you need to work out otherwise there is some great places to go for a run outside the resort Costa Teguise itself is a lovely area and we all felt safe walking around. It’s really close to the beach and supermarket and also to some great little attractions including a local aquarium (your ticket lasts all day so you can go back and forth) and also a great crazy golf course. We are in process of booking again already and can’t wait to go back Thank you to everyone

We are coming to the end of our week here as a family of three, with our 3 year old daughter. We have generally been really pleased with the hotel. We had a family suite and had emailed in advance to ask for a top floor room with a reasonably sized balcony. We were really pleased with our room. There is an impressive amount of storage so we’ve been able to keep the space tidy, and the balcony has been great for a standard room - in the corner so very sheltered from the wind and it also has a sunbed. We are grateful to the hotel for arranging this for us as there are clearly other rooms on the top floor with smaller balconies. Room is well maintained. It is not one of the most recently refurbished ones and to be honest, I am pleasantly surprised that they feel the need to refurbish these rooms already as they are of a good standard. The location is good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and a few mins walk to the beach. There is also a bus stop to Arrecife and Puerto Del Carmen right in front of the hotel. We are staying half board. The food is reasonable but nothing special. After having dinner in the restaurant on the first night we chose to have breakfast and lunch instead. As others have said, the restaurant is busy, noisy and chaotic. So we’d much rather eat out in the evenings and have a bit of peace! Although the hotel caters well for children and provides plastic cups, plates and bowls it doesn’t provide any cutlery for children which is strange so I’d recommend bringing this with you. It’s very difficult for a 3 year old to use an adult sized knife and fork! The staff are hard working but it does also feel a bit disorganised, for example we have noticed several times that cutlery and crockery has run out and people have had to wait for this to be replenished. The entertainment is not our cup of tea, it never is, and it’s very loud so that’s one slight drawback for us but we did book knowing there would be entertainment. You can’t escape it during the day unfortunately if you’re at the hotel, and sometimes we’ve heard it from our bedroom at night. The playgrounds are excellent. Pools are a bit cold. Temps vary from 24-26 for large pool and 25-28 for baby pool. It’s been exceptionally windy while we’ve been here which hasn’t helped. Other points to note, drinks have generally been good and staff helpful. In general I would recommend this hotel, but I wouldn’t return as the weather really has not been good enough for us to make full use of the facilities and from what I can gather it’s pretty normal for this time of year.

I have stayed at many H10 Hotels over the years and would have expected similar quality it being a 4 star hotel. The dining experience is not good, guests are required to queue to get into restaurant even though everyone is B&B. The offering is not 4*H10 quality. At breakfast fruit is mostly from tinned or frozen sources. Apart from fresh eggs the rest of hot breakfast very unappealing. Lunch consists of mainly leftovers from night before blended with mayo or oils to hide the fact it is old. Dinner is is a mixed bag with lukewarm slop. Could/should be much better. Bed in family suite is a good size. The beds are not great quality. 2 singles pushed together in bedroom. Other than that nice hotel that could be better for prices it charges.

Just returned from a wonderful week at Lanzarote Gardens. We usually travel as a couple and would never stay at a hotel catering so heavily for families but this was the perfect location for a holiday with our own extended family. The rooms were comfortable and spotless - the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The food was also very good and the staff were so welcoming. Not quite sure what other reviewers are complaining about as there is so much choice and a different theme each night. The staff showed the gluten-free options to one of our group on every visit. They also provided gluten-free bread and crackers which they toasted separately in the morning. The pool bar was always good for snacks and great cocktails. We were a little disappointed with the temperature of the main pool but we did know to expect this from previous reviews. You soon got over the chill when the sun was shining but the little ones didn't stay in it for long. A quick go on the slide and back to the (slightly) heated pool. Overall, this is a great hotel for families. Do not visit if you want peace and quiet by the pool.

Fabulous hotel for families , the staff work tirelessly to keep the children amused . The pool area is lovely with life guards present at all times , clubs for children of all ages and great night time entertainment . The food is fantastic , great choices every day for breakfast lunch and dinner . The apartments are spacious and very well equipped with everything you could need . The only downside is the prices at the hotel bar , way cheaper across the road in the local bars . The sun beds could benefit from little tables next to them instead of everything going on the floor . The veranda could do with a little paint as the heat makes it peel , apart from this it’s perfect in every way , we would definitely recommend . We were 7 adults with a 5 month old baby , a 2 year old and a 4 year old . The staff are lovely and are happy and friendly , would return again
