We have visited and reviewed The Datai many times and the fact that we continue to come back year after year despite the very long journey speaks volumes. The setting is stunning and the staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were happy to chill out and relax surrounded by nature. We have visited many super properties in other countries and enjoyed them very much but The Datai ticks all the boxes for us and feels like our idea of paradise! Over the years we have stayed in most room categories and they are all great but our favourite is a Rainforest Pool Villa. Relaxing in the pool watching the monkeys, birds and butterflies whilst listening to the sounds of the forest and the stream is just sublime. We visited in April and were prepared for rain as the dry season has ended but we had beautiful sunny weather for the vast majority of our 10 day stay. We had 3 days with rain in the late afternoon/early evening but these passed quickly. At this time of the year a lot of flowers are in bloom and many trees are in fruit thus attracting more wildlife. We thoroughly recommend the Spa and enjoyed massages during one of the rain showers which added to the relaxation! The Datai is the most eco friendly hotel we have ever been to and a visit to ‘The Lab’ is well worthwhile and educational as well as fun! We also ‘learned how to be naturalists’ at the Nature Centre and placed hidden cameras in the forest to help monitor the behaviour of the wildlife. This was a fascinating experience and well worth doing! There are many other things to enjoy but we just stuck to our lovely pool and ventured out mainly to eat. We didn’t even go to the beautiful beach at all! The food was great everywhere we ate and if the hotel is busy the Beach Club is a great, peaceful alternative for breakfast although it is just ‘a la carte’ with no buffet option. As every year some old friends amongst the staff have left and we miss them, but new stars always emerge! Thanks to everyone but we must mention Yoon, Azmir, Edy, Gunawan, Shaiful, Izzie, Amelia, Wendy and the legendary Sivagaran!

그것은 훌륭했다! 리조트는 너무 아름답고 서비스는 훌륭합니다. 들어가 자마자 따뜻한 환영을 받았고 전통 차를 제공했습니다. 나는 매우 감사하고 솔직히 왕실처럼 느꼈습니다. 이 장소의 위치는 매우 이국적이었고 도시의 중요한 장소에 쉽게 접근 할 수있었습니다. 나는 여기에 머무는 모든 순간, 특히이 리조트에서의 생활을 즐겼습니다. 이 지역은 매우 독특했고 고유한 아름다움을 가지고있었습니다. 여기 아침 식사는 10/10이며 직원들은 매우 친절하고 겸손합니다. 나는 그들의 얼굴을 결코 잊지 않을 것입니다. 나는이 리조트를 머물고 랑카위를 즐길 리조트를 찾는 모든 사람에게이 리조트를 확실히 추천 할 것입니다.

4일간의 호텔 휴가. 전용 해변과 산 전체를 포함하는 오래된 호텔입니다. 모든 객실은 별도의 기둥형 건물로, 절반은 해변에, 절반은 열대우림의 산에 위치해 있습니다. 생태가 매우 좋으며 전용 해변에는 작은 물고기가 흔합니다. 호텔 내에는 원숭이, 왕도마뱀, 코뿔새, 다람쥐 등이 흔하며, 가끔 활공하는 도마뱀을 만날 수도 있습니다. 직원들은 모두 따뜻하고 친절합니다. 레스토랑이 4개 있는데 중식당은 보통, 태국식당은 최고이고 일몰이 아름답고 밴드도 있지만 예약이 필요합니다. 뷔페 레스토랑의 인도 요리와 말레이 요리는 맛있고 저녁에는 볶음면과 팟테오도 맛있어요! 밤에는 해변에서 파이어 댄스 쇼가 열립니다. 명소는 Tianji Zhanqiao 및 Seven Fairy Wells와 매우 가깝습니다. 체크인하니 섣달 그믐날이었는데 호텔에서 행운의 오렌지와 행운의 돈을 주었습니다. 새해 첫날에는 용과 사자춤이 있었고 마침내 사자는 부의 신 앞에 참배하러 갔습니다. 다양한 문화에 대한 포용력을 느낄 수 있습니다. 매일 2시간씩 놀아도 지치지 않고 외출도 할 수 있는 리조트 호텔이고, 돌아오면 호텔의 수영장, 해변, 열대우림, 스파(중국보다 훨씬 저렴함)를 즐길 수 있다. 휴식으로 가득 채울 수 있습니다. 호텔의 가장 특별한 점은 밖에 나가면 매일 공기에 섞이는 비릿한 바닷물 냄새와 열대 우림 냄새입니다. 그리고 저녁에는 발코니에 앉아 파도소리와 나무소리를 들으며 가끔씩 지나가는 다양한 동물들을 보며 마음이 편안해지고 힐링되는 일련의 감정을 만들어낸다. 일반적으로 세련되거나 화려하지는 않지만 휴가 휴식과 환경 치유 측면에서는 매우 드뭅니다.

체크인시 호스트는 내가 전체 비용을 지불했을 때 예약이 완전히 지불되지 않았다고 주장하면서 54 Ringit를 청구하고 싶었습니다. trip.com에 연락하여 문제를 해결하는 데 많은 시간을 낭비 한 후 호스트는 예약을 취소하고 싶었습니다. 밤이었고 우리는 매우 피곤해서 결국 우리가 머물게하고 trip.com으로 문제를 직접 해결했습니다. 뜨거운 물, 화장지, 모스크와 주요 도로 바로 앞에 방이 없어서 소음이 많아서 잠을 잘 못잤습니다. 하지만 하룻밤 묵을 저렴한 방을 원하신다면 괜찮습니다.
