Where do I begin! I cannot begin to thank Mytton Fold for an incredible experience from start to finish. The planning process through Paris and the staff was thorough and nothing felt like it was a chore, it kept both me and my wife at ease. Paris was our wedding co-ordinator and nothing was ever too much. She listened to what we wanted from the day and engaged all the way through the process The staff on the day itself were amazing. As always, we overran with the speeches but the turnaround to the evening was unbelievable. The food from canapes to the wedding breakfast itself was fantastic. The feedback from the room was unbelievable and added to the event. We were lucky on the day that it stayed dry throughout so we could use the stunning gardens for our photos, something we will treasure. We had live music throughout the day, and this was handled by the staff fantastically. We utilised the partnerships that Mytton has with Creative and Exceed, and this meant that everything was done to how we wanted and allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. Memories will last a lifetime and I for one would highly recommend Mytton Fold as a Wedding Venue in the Ribble Valley/Lancashire area. I cannot wait to go back for an overnight stay and meal and to say hello to the friendly staff.

We got married here in June 2024. We were so well looked after, staff could not do enough and very attentive, food was excellent and all of our guests had a wonderful time. We had a meal the night before our wedding with family and friends at the hotel restaurant which was a lovely start to our celebrations. Our wedding day was perfect and again staff went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Mytton Fold for meals, overnight stays and functions.

Almost never booked this hotel due to some negative reviews, so glad I decided to find out for myself. Room exceeded expectations- exactly as shown on website, clean, contemporary and spacious. Food in the restaurant was exceptional and extremely good value for money. Service was impeccable, particular thanks to Chris who ensured we had a great time. Breakfast tomorrow, but I already know this hotel will become our regular stop off from Glasgow to London!

We booked for dinner, bed and breakfast for three days. The staff were superb and ensured that we had a wonderful stay here. The food was absolutely delicious and the rooms were very comfortable indeed. We will definitely be coming back here for another stay.

The room was beautiful, lovely and clean, the bed was so comfortable, we had an evening meal from the new menu, and the service and food was excellent, very reasonable price for food and drink. The following morning we had breakfast, and both my wife and I thought it was probably the best full English breakfast we have had, there was also plenty of other choices but we couldn't resist. To top it off, the staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and very efficient. Couldn't fault our stay, and we will definitely be staying again.

I really can’t say enough good things about Mytton Fold. My wife and I married here 2 years ago and we wanted to return for our Anniversary. The staff were a delight back then and I’m happy to see that the standards haven’t dropped as everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. Our evening meal and breakfast were fantastic and delicious. Special mention to our Wedding Planner Paris who stills works here and is a credit to the business. If you are looking for a special place to have your wedding or would like somewhere peaceful to relax or even a spot of golf, I highly recommend the Mytton Fold as your destination. We look forward to visiting again.

We truly don’t know where to start with our review of Mytton Fold and all of the amazing staff and features from our wedding. From our first meeting with Paris, before we’d chosen a venue, we knew that we wanted Paris to help us with our perfect day. Caring, lovely, friendly but most importantly knowledgeable, insightful and decisive. We had thoughts, we had ideas, but Paris had the experience to know how to help us best. Mytton Fold had been recently renovated and looked incredible, traditional brick and beams, but a modern twist on the décor and decoration. Rooms are modern and lovely too. The bar is the most lovely place to sit, relax and have great company and conversation. A roaring fire on those cold days is always great! The staff were all out of this world, people who genuinely couldn’t do enough for us and who couldn’t help us enough before, during and after our day. From Paris and the events team helping us plan our day, room bookings and food allocations, to bar staff and wedding staff on the day who spent time putting together our silly drinking games from boxes and setting out our flowers and other details which we were expecting to have to do ourselves. I’m so incredibly picky when it comes to some details, such as lines on sheets in pictures from weddings, but the staff were absolutely all over it and I couldn’t find fault if I tried. They cared, too, crying on our day, seeing our daughter walk my wife-to-be down the aisle, watching our first dance and keeping our guests in check too! Some special shout-outs to Paris, Lisa, Lukasz and Elizabeth! The grounds are so immaculately maintained and looked after, there are fantastic photo opportunities on the site and nearby if you’re able to travel for a brief moment of peace. The food – wow! We have received so many compliments about the food at Mytton Fold and it was really phenomenal. We love to eat out at nice places, but Mytton Fold puts them to shame! The wine was awesome too, especially as we included it within our package and it wasn’t like many venues who give you a cheaper wine included in packages. You will not, at all, be disappointed by the staff, the venue, food or drink at Mytton Fold. Our friends and family are constantly talking about the great service, love and welcome they received on our amazing day.

My wife and I attended a wedding at Mytton Fold and stayed overnight. The food provided for the wedding breakfast was excellent - an easy thing to get wrong when catering for numbers - and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary facilities arranged in a very well thought-out way. The WiFi was excellent and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast next morning was very good with plenty of choice in a comfortable restaurant area. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was obviously a very important day for the bride and groom as well as for their families and friends. My wife and I both thought it could not have gone better.

Good selection of beer etc. Polite and attentive staff. Very nice spotless room. Great shower. Plenty of parking.
