Rita is an wonderful hotel. We've spent there a week for skiing and everything was perfect. The room was very nice, clean. Despite of choosing a room not renovated, it looked very good. The bathroom was a bit small for a family with 2 kids (a bit rush in the morning to catch the bus for ski) but manageable. The terrase is a big plus of the room. The TVs were a bit old and kids didn't enjoy it much, but it was a good reason to spend less time in front of the TV. The restaurant was very nice, the staff was very helpful and polite and the food was good quality. The hotel bar was also cosy but a bit small and with no entertaintment in the evening. If you are alone, you might be a bit bored there, but the selection of wines and spirits is impressive. The pool was very nice for kids despite of being a bit small for adults. Basically kids enjoyed the pool while adults better stay in SPA area. The recreation area was very appealing for kids, the consoles and pool table was a big plus for kids. Overall, very nice experience at Hotel Rita, with fair price for the room and the staff including the owners made us feel very well there. We'll come back next season.

This is our sixth visit to a stunning family run hotel that never disappoints. Beautifully decorated and presented, impeccably clean, with charming and attentive staff. The food on offer is superb, from the extensive breakfast buffet to the evening menu choices. There is an in-house spa with pool and sauna and the Aquadome complex is in easy walking distance. A superb setting with lots of wonderful walks nearby. Roll on 2024!!

Hotel Rita is an amazing Hotel. Its staff is so friendly, the food is super, the suite facing the garden is spacious and well equiped, the welness is perfect! This is the reason why we are already clients for more than 30 years :-)

We spent 5 unforgettable days in Rita Hotel, impressed by the sincere kindness and friendliness of the hotel staff. The apartment we stayed in is spacious, bright, with a beautiful view of the mountain peaks of Tyrol. Cleanliness is at the highest level- bed linen, towels, toiletries are changed daily on request. The restaurant is impeccably tidy, the staff is helpful and friendly, the food is delicious, and there is a variety for everyone's taste. The drinks on offer are numerous and of high quality. The offer of quality drinks and cocktails in the restaurant and bar is large and can satisfy everyone. Swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath SPA, available until 8 p.m. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel is the Aqua Dome : indoor pools, outdoor pools thermal with warm water (38C), SPA; numerous well-maintained trails for walking through the forest, hills and fields, Nordic skiing. Ski resorts and glaciers are not far away - by car or bus; shops, sports outlets.

Hotel Rita is in the Otz Valley which is wonderful in itself. Add to that the Hotel Rita and you have a tyrolian Shangri-La. Lovely down to earth staff, world-class meals, a great variety of recreational support and planned activities, and exquisitely designed rooms. The scenery and hikes start right out of the front door.If you stay a week you will receive a pass for local transportation, lifts, etc. It is a short walk to the classy and elaborate Aqua Dome which comes with the one-week package. However, if you are like us you will get a strong itch to stay longer than one week. (Next year we will book for at least ten days and will make our reservations pronto.

It is the best hotel we stayed in austria .
