리리뷰어Motel by Marriott. Yes, I am not joking Just checked in today as part of a 5day road trip. As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, I have come to expect a certain level of service and comfort from Marriott properties. However, my experience at your establishment fell far below my expectations. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room on the second floor, only to realize that there were no elevators in the wing. I was left dumbfounded as I watched the staff's nonchalant attitude towards the inconvenience this posed for guests. It felt like I was being treated as if I were staying at a budget motel, not a reputable Marriott hotel. Dragging heavy luggage up the stairs after a long road trip was the last thing I expected to encounter at a Marriott property. The lack of consideration for the comfort and convenience of your guests is simply unacceptable. Despite raising my concerns with the staff, I was met with indifference and was informed that the hotel was fully booked, offering no resolution to the issue. Did I also mention that the fridge doesn't work either. Maybe it does, but a bottle of water in the fridge reached room temperature after leaving it in for 2hrs
