우드스프링 스위트 타코마 - 레이크우드(WoodSpring Suites Tacoma - Lakewood)

There was roaches in my room and when I told the manger and they were giving me a refund. They said it would take 7 to 10 business days and it’s been past 7 to 10 business days and they still have not gave me my refund back so I would not recommend this hotel for anybody especially if you are on a tight budget or you are expecting your money back in return within the time that they said because, they’re not gonna do it

There’s a lot of people living there and it feels unsafe, the room was nice but up stairs neighbors obviously don’t have jobs.

My stay was very nice. The room was very clean and set up nicely. The front desk person Theresa was so friendly and present. The only negative i have to say about my stay is the bed was uncomfortable other than that it was such a good experience i will say in this hotel every time im in Tacoma

This hotel is a perfectly safe and respectable hotel near I-5 in Lakewood. This area is safer than the area further north on this street and this hotel is perfectly situated to head west toward Lakewood and University Place, north to Tacoma, and south to Olympia—all are about 15 minutes away. The room is clean, albeit a bit small. We had a queen suite for two people. Everything worked properly, and we appreciated the full-sized fridge, microwave, and two-burner stove top. It has the bare minimum in terms of kitchen supplies, so our game plan for our next visit is as follows: Bring paper plates, plastic cutlery, and napkins with us. The kitchen is kitted out with only one of everything per person. Bring a small bottle of dishwashing liquid or be prepared to run the dishwasher with only 3-4 items in it each day. Bring our own frying pan and spatula if we plan to cook breakfast on the stovetop. Don’t forget cooking spray or butter. Bring salt and pepper. Bring a box of facial tissues and perhaps a hand towel for the bathroom. They provided bath towels and washcloths, but no hand towels. Overall, we were pleased, and since we have a lot of camping gear, we will come again and bring some of it along. We will return.

The facility had what we needed and the kitchen was great to cook our food. I would say that the people that stay there long term were odd and some loud and hung around the entrance to the building making it feel more like a low rent apartment than a hotel. Did not feel the safest.

Property and rooms were conscientiously clean. Theresa at the front desk gave great customer service after a check-in delay w/other employee & unavoidable power outage. Seems to be more of a long-term stay destination. Felt more like an apt building w/many tenants.Noisy/thin walls. Room w/kitchen was convenient but sp****. No blanket for bed. No hair dryer. (found out later they keep those at front desk.) Adequate for my overnight need.

There was no one working to check in guests. I had to book a hotel somewhere else and pay a brand new fee. Reimbursement is pending.

Pros:Convenient Place, Full size Kitchen, if you download the app to wash clothes it gives you $5 free. Con: It states weekly cleaning, but they do not. Cleaning only are every two weeks so the whole time I had a dirty room because I stayed 10 days not 14. They charge $3.50 for lining services not stated when reserved. Wifi was not the best if you plan to do work from the hotel. The TV would constantly lose signal.
