This B&B is great! Rooms are very clean. Bed was comfortable. View was great. The main lounge is comfortable and has plenty of seating and again, the view. Breakfast was ordered the night before and quite good. Parking was on site and included with stay. Easy walk into town. Location was great. Ann Maree was a consummate host and made us feel very welcome. She was helpful with advice regarding walks and tours in the area. Highly recommend this B&B!

Stayed here during our trip to New Zealand. This is an excellent b and b located above Tekapo with a superb view of the lake. The room was extremely comfortable offering all the facilities you could want. Breakfast was cooked to order and offered gluten free options. Our hosts Ann Maree and Sab were delightful ensuring we had all we required and giving us advice on what there was to do in the area. Definitely one of the best b and bs we have stayed at and highly recommend

We enjoyed a delightful stay at the Ranginui B&B. The view from our deck was beautiful. We made good use of it every morning sipping our coffee and in the evening drinking our wine while taking in the scenery. Ann-Mari and Sam were lovely hosts filled with great walk/hike suggestions as well as dining.

Great location Amazing views Friendly hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfast fresh cooked to order Rooms spacious very well fitted and very classy East distance to town and interesting walks nearby Spacious lounge at your disposal and good advice offered on restaurants shops and trips.

Kiwis are well known for their friendliness and Ann Maree and Sab are no exception. This lovely couple were so hospitable, so helpful and have a great sense of humour. Ranginui is very well presented, overlooks the lake and only a couple of minutes from the town. We enjoyed our cooked breakfasts and were made to feel “ at home”, when chatting with them about their life. Genuinely sad to leave

This B&B was fabulous. We stayed for two nights to explore the Lake Tekapo area. Our room was large, beautifully appointed and super clean. We had a private balcony, tea and coffee (fresh coffee!) making facilities and a large bathroom too. Our host, Ann-Maree, welcomed us upon arrival, and was so friendly and helpful. She had made a dinner reservation that evening for us at a local restaurant but also offered to cancel if it didn’t suit. It did - and we really enjoyed our evening. She also suggested a trail to walk in the Mount Cook National park the next day, which we did and it was just stunning. Her local knowledge and advice meant we had the best of stays. The breakfast in the morning was excellent too. Home made muesli, bread. Fresh fruit. Cooked eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, the full works. And of course….more (fresh) coffee! I can’t recommend this gem highly enough. Thank you Ann-Maree x

Host was lovely, engaging and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Provided us with local info so we could make the most of our over nighter. Property was very tidy and warm, easy to feel at home.
