My expectations weren’t too high considering the price point - just wanted safe and clean. Room and decor very outdated, but I’m not bothered by that. The smell upon entry was repulsive, like the room hadn’t been opened in years. Pills and peanuts under the bed. Cob webs in the bathroom corner, peeling wall paper. We came back one afternoon after being gone for 8+ hours to our door open (mind you, these rooms open up directly to the parking lot). I made sure the door was latched firmly before leaving as well because the door struggled to close at all. I asked the cleaning lady, she said she had “absolutely not” gone into our room. Spoke with the manager, Kristin, the next day (she wasn’t in the day of the occurrence and the receptionist didn’t know when she’d be in again) and all she said was sorry. No exterior cameras or records of who was working that day to try and figure out who invaded our space. I honestly could have looked past all of it, but the invasion of privacy with no care from management is where they lost me. Completely unacceptable that they have no idea who entered our room and why. For your own safety, stay elsewhere.
