Zoey Duplichain은 환상적인 컨시어지이며 세부 사항에 매우 세심합니다. 우리의 특별 주문 초콜릿 케이크는 환상적이었습니다. 물도 완벽했고 음식도 맛있었어요. 우리는 그것을 정말로 좋아했고 다음 주에 다시 갈 것입니다! 그것에 대해 충분히 말할 수 없습니다! 우리는 해변의 청구서를 좋아하며 오스틴은 훌륭한 서버입니다. 해변은 밤에 산책하기에 좋고 분위기도 좋습니다. 모든 사람에게 할 일과 볼거리가 많습니다. 우리는 골든 너겟을 좋아합니다. 블랙 잭은 훌륭하고 음료수를 계속 제공합니다. 우리는 월요일에 내 쌍둥이의 21번째 생일을 축하할 예정입니다. 정말 완벽할 거라 기대됩니다. 우리는 Vic and Anthony's에서 치즈케이크를 주문했습니다. 정말 놀라운 일이 아닐 것이라고 확신합니다.

There wasn’t a wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. Instead, there were cheap curtains that made no sense—-no privacy. I paid extra for lake a view in a quiet area since I was there for a funeral. Instead, I got a view that was under construction. But the customer service, just wasn’t there—simple request like, a shuttle from the airport or a taxi since Lyft charged me but never showed up! The front desk staff were wrapped in blankets and unable to provide a copy of my bill or let me know when I might get a copy as I count check out online or on the TV as is customary. Not a place I could recommend. My apologies to anyone who finds themselves in this establishment.

Great place to stay, rooms are nice and there is a variety of things to do. Property is nice and staff is welcoming.

This basic dirty ****** is located in a literal bio hazardous wasteland… After my debit card was “skimmed” by passing hackers, my identity was attempted to be stolen with an information leak (I had a service to notify and protect me), and my wife’s birthday was ruined, I essentially gave up looking for a bright side to this stay. I bought the full spa works for my wife. Shampoo/haircut/style, couples massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, sauna, etc. She was DEVASTATED and in tears after the terrible haircut where they cut half her long hair off in an effort to “layer and lighten” even after being expressly told several times not to do anything except trim the dead ends! DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE. The couples massage was very nice, I mean how bad can an 80 minute deep tissue be? The therapists were professional and excellent. I guess that was the bright side. Although, I still wouldn’t ever pay $1300 for a stay at this decrepit slum resort again. Dirty, old, run down, and in desperate need for renovations. Believe it or not I actually won money during my stay and I still had to write this terrible review! I never write reviews but I had to warn YOU who read all this to the end. Good luck!

Booking with ******* as a platinum member. When I asked about a greeting gift and drink voucher ……anything like that. They said they do not participate in ******* or 3rd Party system. Food was great! In room dining …..horrible….. Everything came cold and then the order was wrong like 4 trips Back to our room for one order. The gaming was also horrible. Went through my money and had No kind of fun doing it. Flat out NO PAYS!!!

Property was very clean. Rooms are nice. Only suggestion would be to improve on the in room coffee. I love they provide a coffee maker but just wish the brand/taste of the coffee was better. The room is nice and the coffee is the same you get at lower tier hotel.

Overall everything was great just didn’t care for the softness of the bed we had but that’s a personal preference. Also the mosquitos by the boardwalk were bad. ****** was very clean waiters were incredible. Valet was super fast

Do any of your staff smile? Hotel check in staff was unfriendly. Seemed to be annoyed at checking us in. Very short with their interactions. Not helpful at all as in asking us if we had been there before, new to the area, or did we have any questions. Saltgrass Steakhouse had just as rude of a check in staff as well. Our room however was absolutely beautiful and worth the stay. Spacious room with a great bathtub and comfy king bed. Nice hot shower. Room service attendant was friendly but our order was messed up. Clearly ordered pancakes but they didn’t show up with our omelette. Then they seemed to have been challenged at charging the order to the room. 5 calls later the charge effortlessly went through. Pool area was beautiful! All in all, we will not be back.

Stopped here on our 3 day road trip when we saw a band we like was playing. Parking which was free and hotel had everything you need. Only regret we had was our timing, the hotel was amazing but our travel timeline didnt allow us time to use it. Many restaurants inside made it easy to grab a bit after the show. You could do a weekend at the property and do minimal to no ********.
