Stayed here in March 2021, your calendar won’t let me go back to that month so it shows as May 2021. Absolutely disgusting! Dirty entrance and lobby, filthy rooms full of dust, hair, dirt and stains everywhere , Bathrooms are filthy and mouldy and look like they have never been cleaned . The beds are filthy too, dirty linen and stained pillows , it was a nightmare! My son has asthma and dust mite allergy and his eyes were swollen throughout the stay. Had been booked for 2 nights for friends wedding . It’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life and I have stayed in many beautiful hotels all over the world . Please please avoid , I will never go back ever !

We booked a reservation for 2 nights. When we arrived it took over 45mins to get our room. We informed them that we needed to extend by one additional night. They told had to do that online. We went to our room and I booked the additional night on their web sight and received confirmation. The next day they called us when we would be checking out that day. We told them we have the room for 3 nights. My husband went downstairs abs they notified us that there was a mistake and we could not stay past the one night. They were booked all and their sight made a mistake and they accepted full responsibility and apologized but we still had the check out. Please note we had a confirmed reservations for one week prior. In addition during our short stay the service was horrible. The included breakfast was cold and unsatisfying.
