Located next to Lake Winnipesaukee and only few minutes walk to Weirs Beach, this 2 bedroom residence has a lot to offer anyone who is looking for a nice vacation close to nature and water. Enjoy resort style vacation with swimming pool, tennis court and childrens park in the property. Restaurants in walking distance as well as convenience /gas right outside on the road. There is an arcade Fun Spot for hrs of entertainment only 5 mins away. Gunstock mountain skiing/tubing is only 15 mins away. The space The property has a nice porch to relax. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Living room is furnished with TV and free wifi. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen bed and double bunk bed sleeps 6 comfortably with the option of sofa to sleep 1 more person comfortably. 2 full bathrooms are available. The listing was clean and as described online. We enjoyed being so close to the pool. The path to the quiet street where you can walk down to the water is behind the pool, which took us a little bit of time to find. My children had a great visit.

Very nice condo On first look, the building is somewhat generic. Very plain. Inside, the owner did a great job of updating everything. Everything was clean, new or “almost new”. We felt at home. I would stay there again!

Awesome location for visiting weirs beach The condo was in a great central location. The beds were very soft and everything seemed nice and clean. The AC in the king bedroom unfortunately was spurting water onto the carpet and soaked the surrounding area. The owner responded quickly and wanted to make sure the AC was still keeping us cool which it was ( there was a heatwave). There where a few things in disrepair ( AC, broken towel bar in bathroom, the outside balcony) but nothing big and for the location alone would stay again for a quick 1 or 2 night stay, overall a good stay for 2 couples and very nice owner.

Excellent place to stay!!! The condo was more spacious than we could have imagined. Had all the comforts of home. Locality was key. Just know if you want to walk to the pier, beach, shops, restaurants, there is a massive hill to tackle. It wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others.
