The room was clean and spacious… heat worked well and agent was very hospitable. However, I wasn’t able to just checkin due to an issue with a Prepayment issue but Trip.com resolved the issue and followed up to ensure that the issue was resolved successfully and hurst made me feel like my business Was important to them.

If i have - stars to give I prob. Give minus stars. After booking I got to know they had bed bugs in their hotel.so before we go there 5 days in advanced I wanted to cancel, they refused to pay me. It is not my home bed bugs in your hotel, I have a toddler who is allergy to insects.Even I try to reach hotel manager but no body answer the phone until today.From the Trip.com side also no assistance. Useless. They charged me 277 dollars.Insane.

I was yelled at by the owner. I had to leave the hotel in the middle of a snowstorm. I want to speak to a ******* supervisor.

Stayed twice in the past 8 months and both times the pool has been closed both times. Need to fix it or take it off as a feature.

This place was dirty. The guests were noisy and had dogs that barked all night. The managers didn’t fix the issues.

Terrible stay. Not a great location, room was filthy, large visible stains on bed, hair in the sheets, staining on the toilet seat and shower floor. I’d expect this from a $40 hotel not one that was almost $100. Bed was extremely hard and made a lot of noise with every small movement. Door seemed to not close securely and the lock was crooked.

Breakfast time was way to short on Sunday. I absolutely love this hotel. It's really very nice!

Cleanliness of rooms was poor. Staff was okay, but very quiet. Check in was lengthy.

Apparently they no longer offer full service cleaning of rooms!! Everyday I had to go down and get our towels and emptied or room garbage. The sheets and comforters looked dirty So I asked for them to be changed the following day, they never did them. Half the time no one is at the counter and they won’t answer the phone. To not have my room cleaned or vacuumed for 4 days is ridiculous and complaining did nothing. They should have their franchise license pulled because it’s fraud to purchase a service and not receive what you paid for. Not to mention they took my card information a second time and charged me for days I wasn’t even there. Time for new owners!!!
