We would like to say a few words about this amazing place. To begin with, every year we come to Ischia to spend our holidays on this magical island. We stayed in many hotels throughout the years and can assure you that La Reginella is the best one so far. Located in the heart of Lacco Ameno, overlooking the mountains it is just a few steps away from the sea. The big territory with various thermal pools, cozy sunbeds ideal for a relaxing getaway as well as the inner garden bar serving chilled drinks and snacks make it a perfect place for a “dolce far niente”. The staff is extra polite and caring making you feel very welcome. Abundant breakfast is served on the terrace with a spectacular view. There is no better way to start your day! Small shops and restaurants are within easy reach on foot. We cannot express our happiness to having had the opportunity to experience the unique atmosphere of this place. It is a pity we stayed only for 1 night. Nevertheless, during this short period of stay we realized how much we wanted to come back to be able to enjoy La Reginella in full. We strongly recommend this exquisite hotel to everyone coming to Ischia. A special thank you to the staff once again for our amazing memories. See you next year! Irina & Natalia

We loved this hotel! Classic Italian luxury and glamour. We loved all the thermal pools, the shady trees, and the fantastic service. All the staff were charming and super helpful. Our room was excellent, great bathroom and lovely terrace. Breakfast was abundant and delicious and always fresh. The location of the hotel is wonderful - so close to the lovely waterfront of Lacco Ameno and yet it felt like an oasis. I actually can’t wait to go back next year. Simply the most relaxing holiday I have had in years 🤩.

We always travel to Ischia at the end of May, this being our only holiday of the year. We have chosen this hotel as it was recommended and we liked the idea of the thermal garden in the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. We arrived at the main port on the island and were greeted by the hotel driver, who was punctual and professional. We arrived a bit earlier but our room was ready, which was great. Once there we had a tour of the facilities and everything was very clearly explained, with no 'hidden' costs. The Thermal Garden plus the inside pools and SPA facilities are stunning and a pleasure to use. The thermal treatments lady, Anna and the beautician (also called Anna!) were extremely professional and caring. The treatments very effective, all clearly explained and booked in advanced by the SPA manager, Elizabeth, also professional and very accommodating of my needs and requests. We ate in the hotel both at lunchtime in the bar within the thermal garden and for dinner. The food is delicious and plentiful, again with no hidden costs. The bar prices are very reasonable and in line with local bars. Staff there is very friendly and professional, making everything even more enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic with a great buffet with quality items, dinner has been special every time with local dishes and a great choice of starters. Everything was exquisite and the staff were excellent, noticing preferences and great at advising the best dishes to try, again with no hidden costs. There is also piano bar in the evening, with two great musicians who sing and entertain with great songs, in Italian, and other languages. Beautiful! Overall an excellent experience, we will definitively go back!

I have just returned after 6 wonderful days at the Reginella, the facilities are excellent and maintain an old-world charm, and are wonderfully maintained and looked after, the rooms are comfortable (although the neighbours can be loud on occasions as soundproofing isn't wonderful, initially I also had quite small room and the bathroom was definitely lacking in storage etc. however after speaking to staff at reception I was moved to another room and was very much more at home there), the thermal gardens and pools are well kept and ongoing cleaning and maintenance is visible everywhere. The restaurant and kitchen produce wonderful, local food and the staff throughout the hotel really do what they can to make guests feel very special. Particularly I would draw tension to the restaurant staff working under Sig. Gianni, including his assistant Sig. Mattera and all the waiting staff; the housekeeping staff looked after by the wonderful governante and also show the staff who look after the pools including Sig.na Anna and her colleagues. Throughout the hotel however, staff really do what they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable and anything you ask them or request to do seem to do whatever they can to oblige you. I'm really glad I was able to spend as long in the hotel as I did this time and I'm already working out when I will be able to return.

Hotel storico, personale disponibile ed cortese. Si mangia benissimo, area piscine bella ma un po chiassosa. Rapporto prezzo qualita' buono. Sono poche le cose da dire e' uno dei posti piu' belli di Ischia al centro di una piazzetta icredibile. Alessandro De Luca
