숙소는 깨끗했어요. 그런데 엘리베이트는 너무 작아서 2명만 이용가능해요. 그리고 문이 닫기는 사이에 몸의 일부가 걸리게되면 엘리베이트는 즉시 정지되어 더 이상 사용할 수가 없어요. 룸은 여러 잠금장치를 통과해야 해서 안전하다고 생각해요. 겨울인데도 난방이 되지 않아서 너무 너무 추웠어요. 난방 온도를 30도 맞췄지만 24시간 내내 켜놔도 실내 온도가 20도 이상 올라가지 않아요. 관리하시는 분을 불러서 도움을 요청했지만 전혀 조치가 되지 않았어요. 방은 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋았어요. 여름에는 괜찮은 방이 될거에요. 하지만 저는 겨울에 방문하여 방이 너무 추워서 잠을 제대로 잘수가 없었어요. 참고하세요.

Beautiful building with a balcony. It's very conveniently located, close to the train station. Perfect for visiting Cinque Terre. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. They don't offer luggage storage but they held my bags anyway.

Good communication from the host. We were surprised how spacious the accommodation, didn't expect to get 2 adjoining rooms. Lovely view from the balconies. Very accessible to trains and bus for Porto Venere. It is so clean and beds are comfortable, can't ask for more.

Lo tiene todo,cercania con la estación de trenes para visitar 5 terre ,próximo al centro comercial y al puerto. Hicimos todo caminando por LA Spezia que es una ciudad preciosa. Pedimos una habitación doble con camas individuales y nos dieron prácticamente un departamento!! Moderno ,con microondas y heladera. Mucho espacio para guardado. Impecable la ropa de cama y del baño. No tiene limpieza diaria pero nos cambiaron toallas y repusieron amenities del baño, igual nos dieron 2 botellas de agua de cortesía, además de infusiones para hacernos. Tiene balcones con hermosas vistas en un edificio con estilo muy italiano, perfectamente conservado. El alojamiento está renovado y es muy agradable en todos los detalles. Hay un café en la esquina y otro a una cuadra donde desayunar rico y barato.La comunicación con el propietario fue excelente. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados!!

Dos días antes te envían un email con las instrucciones para acceder al alojamiento. Está en un cuarto piso con ascensor. Son habitaciones independientes con su baño completo. Camas muy cómodas y grandes. Tienen pequeña nevera y microondas así como un calentador para hacerse una infusión o un café. Eché en falta algo de comer, como unas galletas aunque sólo fuera para desayunar algo antes de salir en la mañana. Alojamiento limpio A unos 20 minutos del centro pero a poco de la estación. Hay bar y pastelería a escasos metros. La pega que pongo es que la ventana no encajaba bien y llegaban ruidos de la calle. Por lo demás todo bien. Personal amable.
