레지던스 크로마(Residence Croma)

We arrived at the accommodation on Monday 24th July an hour early and we were turned away and asked to return at 3pm after travelling for 6 hours with 2 children. To be honest I believe the apartment was ready but the staff didn’t take kindly to us interrupting their lunch as they watched me walk past them and eventually got up reluctantly whilst eye rolling Our apartment was then the only apartment with no outside area or balcony to sit on, we literally had a door with a bar across it and when I spoke to the staff they sd we could eat below at E3 as it was not being used but that was not going to work having to bring all our food downstairs. We resided with the fact we would just have to eat out or indoors for the rest of the week. The bathroom wasn’t great either, my husband is 6ft 3 with the shower on a sloping wall that only a child could stand beneath and to top it off the shower door is at the opposite end so this was really uncomfortable when just wanting to take a shower and not ideal for a family of 4. There seemed to be many apartments vacant so I am unsure why we were placed in this one which seemed less than adequate. As we had no outdoor area we were at least happy that the kids could play snooker in the advertised games room but we were then told that this was closed and would not open so another blow and false advertisement. The pool was dirty most days so unusable, I even had to ask if it would be cleaned. When we did use it on the last day the cleaning hoover was just left in the pool all day with wires trailing across the pool which in my eyes is a huge health and safety risk. One of the other families decided to turn it off and take it out before it caused an accident. There was no regular maintenance here, we even used the net to take all the leaves out and your feet would get dirty where all the leaves would fall around the pool with no one attending to clean it up. Below standards We would have left if we could but sadly couldn’t due to the cancellation policy so decided we would just have to try and make the most of our stay and ensure we got out and explored everyday with no pool or outdoor area to enjoy. I will not be recommending or returning

Good parking Check out at 10 am is too early for travelers Breakfast poor: we only got a bottle of milk no juice in the refrigerator. Our room has no air conditioner , has a fan instead. Disappointed ,room doesn’t look anything like pictures shown Windows has no screen, so when we open to get fresh air, bugs flown in. Fortunately we only stay one night otherwise I wouldn’t stay longer.

A lovely little studio apartment - we stayed in January so it was grim weather but a summer stay with leisure facilities, private outside space and easy access to the town for boulangeries, tea rooms, boucherie, cafes, bars and several great quality dining options

La résidence croma est un endroit où nous allons souvent les appartements sont très propres et bien équipé le personnel est très bien et à l écoute c est une résidence très calme avec tous les appareils ménagers

Très calme endroit pour se reposer dans une charmante ville. Logement très propre dans un environnement de compagne. Je le recommande

Des chambres équipées de tout dont vous aurez besoin, y compris le petit-déjeuner tout prêt au frigo et dans des boîtes hermétiques. La clim était parfait et la salle de bains impeccable ! Merci beaucoup !

souvent de passage sur la région, c'est la 3eme fois qu'on en fait une étape et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfait à tous les niveaux, personnel très accueillant, studios mignons, propres et pratiques

Bonjour. Nous avions réserve un studio 2 personnes en demi-pension. A notre installation, nous avons été surpris par la petite taille de la chambre et le service "demi-pension". Par contre, très bien équipé (micro-ondes, Espresso Gusto avec les dosettes de café, bouilloire électrique, percolateur) et une belle salle de bains avec douche. Le dîner est "système Covid". Les plats cuisinés très gouteux (viennent d'un restaurant) en bocaux (à réchauffer au micro-ondes) sont déposés en chambre avec le pain pour le petit-déjeuner du lendemain (le pain sera sec tous les matins!) accompagné de beurre et confiture (sauf le dernier jour- plus de confiture?)/pas de fromages?) agrémenté d'une brioche, d'une salade de fruits, yaourts et jus de fruits. Suffisant mais dommage pour le pain sec. L'endroit est très calme mais l'insonorisation laisse à désirer si vous avez des voisins qui se lèvent (très) tôt. Literie trop dure. J'avais réservé deux vélos. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur place, vu les pentes, je me suis dit que c'était peut-être une erreur. J'ai néanmoins payé la location pour une semaine (40€). J'ai testé un des deux vélos après 2 jours (freinage défectueux et trop petit). J'ai ramené les clefs et les casques que nous n'avons donc pas utilisés mais pas de proposition de remboursement, même partiel. Dommage! Par contre, nous avons encore pu profiter de la piscine! Super.
