Marriott's Desert Springs Villas II

房間OK。前台態度一般吧。衞生實在不敢恭維。 到處的頭髮 毛巾跟被單上都有殘留物。 最要命是房間隔音極差。隔壁老外晚上xx叫的那個響，女兒“隔壁在生娃娃嗎？……”🤪

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are a family of seven and our room was excellent! My two toddlers enjoyed the pools they have, and I enjoyed the drinks they offer. It is a great place for a family to relax and enjoy themselves. Cleanliness was perfect, and the service all of the staff had was awesome! My family was satisfied and I would like to thank all of you for it. My two toddlers did not want to leave, and that made me feel like you guys provided a positive and safe environment for all of us. Thank you guys! We look forward returning and staying here.

Not happy with the overreaction to closing down all the pool areas on Saturday. Eventually you opened one pool which became overcrowded in a hurry. Rain on Saturday night and Sunday morning...we understood the closed pools. Wanting us to bring in our patio furniture into the rooms was another overreaction. I know I purchased a room with a balcony only to find out we were at ground level with a patio. I was told that balconies are the same as patios. That was not what I expected to pay for. Don't know if I would ever come back or recommend.

We were so disappointed that we left 1 day earlier. I have stayed here at least 4 times prior but the check in was not helpful when I requested the building I wanted. I was told I was assigned a room already. I took it but much to my surprise it was a lower floor room even though I paid extra for balcony room. We came to relax and home shop but we’re unable to sleep because there were two parties going on. One was in the room above us and another next to us. They don’t have any security or rules to keep guest from being loud and rude until 2AM.

The property reception attendant "vAN"was very rude and unaccomadating. When we mentioned that we reserved through ******* he rolled his eys. We arrived at 2:30 and he daid that we could not check in until 4:30 possibly 6:00. We informed him that we were there for only one day and had a 7:30 dinner reservations. And he said maybe 330. We waited around and were not allowed into our room until 5:00pm! Highly advise not to go to Van's counter! So MEAN! In the morning we asked if we could possibly check out at 11:00am instead of !0:00am and they said NO! they expected us out by 10:00.

Room looked clean but handles of everything seemed dirty. Was told no housekeeping and they showed up when we were gone and I had left everything out. Fire alarm went off and had to let someone enter to check my alarm. Cable was out 2/3 days and tv never reset so had to wait for a person come and reset tv. Last night it rained and the rain came through the can lights soaking the couch and keeping me up replacing towels and listening to loud drips. Called hotel in am and they said they would call me back and they never did. Went back and spoke to manager and she said I should have called in the middle of the night so they could have moved my daughter and I to a new room. I told her there was no way we were going to do that when we were checking out at 7am the next morning and she said that’s the weather for you and the best they could do since they couldn’t control any of the issues.

Our villa overlooked the large pool. We did not care for the music from the pool area, that was on until 10 pm. Having flown from the east coast we were prepared to go to bed early and the thumping noise from pool area made sleep impossible. We had immediately asked for another room. We were told that no rooms were available and we were told that we would be unable to switch for any of the four nights we were there. We have been Marriott members and have stayed at this resort three times before; we will be looking for another resort for next year as this was not peaceful or relaxing, and it seemed unreasonable that another room could not be made available.

Had an incredible stay at the Marriott Desert Springs Villas II. Everything was clean and impeccably maintained. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. Lots of nice little details and overall a perfect vacation. My husband and son were both raving about it. We plan to return.

We felt like we were in a resort. Several pools to walk to, very friendly, staff and impeccable grounds. We will be back for sure.
