I had assumed that staying at a Parador meant it was a little more luxury. Are the rooms were very outdated, stains all over the carpets, the pillows were hard as rocks, even though we asked if they had softer pillows, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. They had two TVs in our room and we don’t know why, because they only had three functioning channels. in addition, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the front desk staff. At check-in, they were extremely rude to the women in front of us who were just politely asking questions. They give you no information on the hotel or its amenities or Wi-Fi information etc. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was fine. The “Artisanal bread“ was bland, and the amount of times they brought other peoples dishes to our table was ridiculous. All in all, we were just disappointed with the experience.
