Amazing!! Truly the spa to the thermal spa were incredible. Also, the staff are so nice and welcoming!! The whole facility is clean and spacious. My recommendation is to come early and go to the spa and then enjoy your thermal spa experience before getting your room at 3pm. You can check in earlier. Everything get charged at the end to your credit.

This is an excellent place. The facilities are exquisite, the staff is amazing very attentive. Breakfast is superb. Recommended without hesitation.

They were very strict about having a person added to the room and there was a dead frog in one of the hot tubs late at night- but it was afterhours lol. It is a natural hot spring and I am not really a nature-nature person. My friends didn't care as it is surrounded by the rainforest. Overall, I loved it and would consider coming back for a romantic weekend with my husband. More for couples or relaxing than a party group.

The property was overall nice and relaxing. Breakfast was always fantastic and wait staff attentive. Overall, the staff were very nice, especially the concierge(s), although 1 or 2 front desk staff were a little off-putting, nothing that ruined our day or stay. I would recommend this property and stay there again.

Very luxurious and very clean and quiet. Every member of staff knows what a great customer service is and always smiling. We would highly recommend it.

The place is absolutely beautiful, which is only surpassed by the friendliness of the staff. They make a big effort to remember your name and room number. Shout out to Francisco and Krystal who made my time there quite enjoyable.

I travel a lot and prefer to stay in nicer hotels. This one hit the spot, the spa area is amazing. Great Staff and beautiful views, will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This property was exactly what we wanted in our stay in Costa Rica. We were able to relax in the hot springs on the site and it was quiet. The staff was amazing and so helpful for any and all of our needs. I would highly recommend this resort.

Spa was outstanding. Service was mostly outstanding as well - many staff members went absolutely above and beyond. However, although we mentioned our anniversary when booking a dinner the night of the occasion, word never seemed to reach the restaurant and that night we had our most inattentive server of our stay. Overall, food during the stay was very good but not not amazing. Was walkable to several hot springs. View of the volcano from our balcony never fully materialized but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault and view was still nice. Lots of little jacuzzis and private areas on the grounds. Very tranquil feeling. Could have used a small shop on site selling water and snacks. Very pleased with our stay overall though.
