Great view of beach and pool with small balcony on 5th floor Lift was very scary as kept banging and clunking not for the faint hearted Room was a little dated and tired Food at the hotels beach restaurant was excellent and your right on the sand Food available all day which is rare for France so great for when you arrive mid afternoon Staff were very good and attentive

Came for a relaxing two day stay. After 7 hour drive to the hotel we sat relaxed with a glass of rose and a bottle of local beer and bottle still water. We then decided to organise dinner at one of the two restaurants at the hotel. We then discovered the main restaurant was closed and their seafood restaurant was full. Our only option was room service or find somewhere else. Sunday France everywhere was closed. We were super super disappointed- this was not a good start. We were not the only ones - bar staff couldn’t really care and just said we could have sliced meat and cheese if we wanted. The other staff were having a tough time trying to sort out a family who were in the same situation. Im sorry but if you have guests expected and you have at least one open restaurant you reserve a table for your guests! We sat in our room duly ordered pizzas. The cheapest item on the menu because everything else was 5* restaurant prices which we were not prepared to pay to sit in our room to eat. They were disgusting clearly shop bought with extra toppings. We couldn’t even have a cup of tea. We looked at the breakfast 30euros each for continental or American style breakfast at that point we realised this hotel is a rip off and we would not be staying any longer and made alternative plans. When we came to check out the next morning they did not care. The only saving grace after much discussion baring in mind the following costs; our drinks were 32euros one glass rose and one bottle beer & bottle still water, pizza 50euros and 33 euros a day to park your car - our car was parked outside the hotel entrance- they also did not like it because we used *********** and not booked direct - we had to accept that we had to loose the room money - they agreed to not charge for our food and drinks - we were so so disappointed and had very much looked forward to our stay - this hotel needs to stop trying to be like the shard or a hotel in Monaco and focus on what it should and can be. Clearly some guests dont care how much things costs like 33 euros a day to park your car- we are more than happy to spend if it is justified but this hotel is not. This was part of a 13 day holiday where we stayed in 6 hotels and this was by far the worst and yet promised to be the best - such a shame. Oh the chaps who park your car and take tour bags? 5* super lovely super professional couldn’t be nicer thank you.

Encore un excellent séjour dans ce superbe hôtel - un très grand plaisir d’avoir pu à nouveau nous y reposer en famille, à 4 cette fois-ci. Service véritablement impeccable et gentillesse des différentes équipes très Pro. Toutes les activités pour les enfants sont vraiment un plus indéniable.

Un hôtel chic et élégant avec un brin de décontraction. Le personnel de la réception est professionnel et très sympathique. La chambre supérieure d'une belle superficie et très bien équipée. Un accueil personnalisé avec de jolies attentions nous attendaient. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque et raffiné dans une salle de réception magnifique. Un grand merci à toutes les équipes de ce bel hotel Élégance, efficacité et gentillesse.

Très bel hôtel ; architecture superbe , très grand. Mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur de 5 étoiles c’est dommage. Excellent service de réception , personnel accueillant et arrangeant. Les chambres sont de très bonne taille mais équipement vieillissant. En revanche literie de très bonne qualité. Parking de l’hôtel payant … en plein été pourquoi pas les places sont chères à la baule mais alors en plein mois de janvier c’est pas normal surtout quand on occupe en groupe une centaine de chambres. Le petit déjeuner est moyen , on a vu beaucoup beaucoup mieux. Piscine assez fraîche c’est dommage Pas de soins au spa de l’hôtel car c’est en période hivernale. Bar très agréable, carte de cocktail avec un très large choix et personnel sympathique.

Plutôt habitués a l’Hôtel Royal tout proche , nous nous sommes réunis à l’Hermitage pour passer plusieurs jours en famille pour l’anniversaire de notre petite fille qui fêtait ses 12 ans. Un accueil proféssionel et chaleureux , 3ème étage, vue sur mer : une fois installés ça a été piscine , puis plage sur les transats : accueil pro , installés et « accompagnés » si besoin. Petit déjeuner « Barrière » tout y est , l’embarras du choix autrement dit Mention TB ! le Bar a disposition par Anatole qui a été primé 2024 . Ce séjour s ‘est parfaitement déroulé, aucun ennui. Au 3ème étage nous avions 2 femmes de chambre très professionnelles : je cite Jeanne et Hasma,appréciées pour nos 3 chambres parfaitement remises à niveau tous les jours !
