비스타 솔 푼타 카나 비치 리조트 & 스파 - 올 인클루시브(Vista Sol Punta Cana Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive)

Food and drinks were subpar but I guess one should not expect much for an inclusive resort. The room had a broken safe and phone which took 2 days to replace because they kept telling me to call back. Location was nice and is family friendly.

Place was ok for an overnight stay not to clean. The air conditioner was not cooling enough, bathroom was not working, food was a 6/10 entertainment was 7/10.

Food is not that great in taste and quality; also Front Desk and Service Desk staff almost never answer phones when you try to call them from your room.

Where do I start? When checking in… the male at the front desk was not unwelcoming at all, he did not accommodate and was rude. I asked him for if it would be possible to check out an hour later due to my fight coming later and I have no where to go and he said no and it would be an extra charge. I never had that issue with any other hotels such as Dream Onyx and Breathless. After requesting for a manager, we spoke with Angel who was courteous and helpful in allowing the hour late check out. Secondly, after receiving our cards and taken to our room… there were at least 100 of mosquitos flying in the room. It was unbearable to be in the room. I got bit up all over my arms and legs in a matter of a 5 minute span. After trying to get out of the room of mosquitos and going out back to the lobby to see if there were food or drinks we could get… we found out no pool after 6:00. Being that we just checked in also. Disappoin**ent. We then tried to go to the bar and get a drink just to be told we have to pay for our drinks. What is all inclusive then??? Whatever we eat it. Then we walk around and look for a restaurant to eat because we haven’t ate all day. We tried to eat at the Mexican restaurant just to be turned down and told no. No reservation then we can’t come in… so all of this was for nothing? We booked with this place for one night…. prior to departing the next day to just get poor service and completely nothing for the amount we paid. Please make that make sense???

Was fine. The warmer for food was not pleasant food cold. Because Ned the update buffet warmer. My food cold.

We didn't like a food at all, including restorans. The service could be better too. Smoking in resort should have restrictions or not allowed at all. The resort is overated..

This place perfect for me for the staff are unique, petro and beach bar , angel, Juan, Joshua, marianela, they work at the lobby bar they make my vacation perfect. Definitely I will Come back.

It is a good property, outside shopping was close by to buy souvenirs. It is a very good property for a nice walk, beach was decent. Hot tub didn’t have hot water for all three pools. Food was average, hard to communicate if you don’t know Spanish. Folks at this property do not speak English at all. If you are vegetarian or not eat pork products they are not careful and/or have lack of knowledge to clean bowls, spoons or use separate utensils from food safety. I was disappointed with service as everything is time based. We had a reservation for a restaurant which runs from 6:30 to 10 PM. Two times for reservations 6:30to6:40 or 8:30 to 8:40. We arrived at 6:50 and was denied service even though tables were empty and others had just started on their appetizers. We were told to come at 8:30 slot which doesn’t make any sense. No one is willing to go out of the way to help except some servers were very nice but mostly not willing to help. I wouldn’t come back just because of the service.

The service the the buffet was horrible, you have to get your own drinks. The service at night at the a la cart, was nice!
