We came here based on a recommendation and the staff was incredibly rude unfortunately. When we walked in we wanted to drink for a while then eat paella to which they responded that we only were allowed to eat? We had full plans to drink for 30 minutes then order after, but that was not given as an option to us— after we asked the manager politely, who responded we weren’t welcome unless we eat dinner which again was ALWAYS part of the plan. The paella came out and looked quite impressive, but was cold as stone. The floors have hair balls and dirt stains, the bathroom is nicer than the actual restaurant (??) , and we felt personally bullied by the staff and managers. On our way out, we noticed 3 other tables who had ordered only drinks. Service was super slow and honestly embarrassing especially for having such a high review. I felt that we were specifically isolated for being american even though we tried our absolute hardest to be as respectful as possible. It was freezing in the restaurant, ironic being a beach restaurant? We had to order all our food and drinks in one fell swoop otherwise we wouldnt have been served. Do not recommend, take my advice and save your money. Dessert was great, hard to mess up vanilla ice cream to be fair.

The room or suite was very spacious and very clean. Panoramic views from the very large window - but no balcony. The bathroom was a fair size but could get very slippy and no gripping for showering which could be a problem for elderly or less mobile guests. The breakfast was buffet style. There was some choice in cereals, toast, bacon, ham, cheese, fresh orange juice and a drinks machine for tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I would have preferred more egg choices such as scrambled. The downside was the loud music from an open air nightclub nearby. This would go on until 3am. Staff, with one exception, who worked in the restaurant were nice and friendly.

the front desk was awesome - very helpful & friendly the restaurant staff was very rude & unresponsive my room was wonderful......except I had NO windows overall good, but those couple of things would have made this stay fantastic

I would have given 5 out of 5 but for the restaurant. The receptionists are lovely friendly ladies and the room a courtyard view was kept immaculate and was very quiet at night. Now for the restaurant 🤷‍♂️ the food can’t be faulted and the service was very good too. BUT we came back there at around 10pm and asked for a glass of wine while at an outside table, this was refused because we were not having food, so I explained that we were residents and had eaten with family there earlier. But they then allowed us to go inside up to the bar to have our drink. The place was about a third full I just couldn’t understand their policy. This was our first night of 7 and it was Wednesday not a weekend night…Anyway we asked at reception the next morning and the lady said it must have been a mistake but I saw the waiter from the night before and called him over they both spoke and she just apologised and said it was policy.

Love to stay at the beach. Great view of beach. Easy to take long walks on beach or boulevard. Many different dining options. Hotels restaurant also a great option. Ale hop near by for easy shopping, beach and other accessories available. Bus stop short distance from hotel. Friendly staff, clean room and great location. Only complaint, loud music from restaurant on port could be heard from room all night. We have and will go back.

The perfect location. Next to the beach. A little noisy because of construction. But otherwise great.

The apartment was what was advertised. Great location for those that want to be by the ocean. Plenty of restaurants as well. Would be nice to let people know coffee is not provided, after first night. The nightlife around the area is very good. We really enjoyed the stay. PS The tram and bus stop are very close and getting to city center by tram was 15 minutes depending on which stop you got off at. The bus will take you to the aquarium with no transfers.
