비예토프 슬로트(Bjertorp Slott)

A wonderful experience, such an elegant ‘hotel’. Location easy to find, setting amazing, I can only say it was a total delight to have experienced my stay. Restaurant food high standard, decor so elegant. Rum standard extremely high quality.

We enjoyed our stay at Bjertorp Slott very much. The property and the setting was absolutely beautiful. It was located in the countryside which was very lovely and peaceful. The interior was breathtaking. Our room was very comfortable with a view of the garden. For those who enjoy a round of golf , there was a course onsite. It was located in the countryside and was very quiet. Parking was on-site. Our meals were magnificent. I would highly recommend a stay at Bjertorp Slott.

Our knowledge of Bjertorp Castle is over 20 years old. Now we hadn't been there for 10 years, and it was time for a return visit. The wonderful alley is the same, thank God! Magical feeling driving up to the castle. All the motorhomes in the parking lot were something new, perhaps taking a bit of the exclusiveness away from the entrance area. The bear in the hallway welcomed us as last time, very nice. The service at check-in, on the other hand, was less pleasant, not welcoming, no smile, this was not like "the old days".... The room was on the 3rd floor with a view to the park. Due to insects called Trips we were not allowed to open the windows, this made the room very hot, despite two fans running all the time. Could AC be an idea? But then it was time for dinner, and it was very good. Our waiter also contributed to the evening being a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant was as nice as we remembered it. Breakfast the next day was good and we could enjoy it outside (along with the Thrips insects). Pleasant breakfast hostess. But the same unpleasant lady at check-out... You should do something about this, Bjertorp. A wonderful place that you are lucky enough to invite us guests to shouldn't be scratched by rude staff. Otherwise: Rating 8 out of 10!

We did not feel very welcome by the check-in staff. We had room on the top floor and it was not very easy to find the room since the building has lots of stairs etc. The room was big, clean and the bed was very good. We had a nice dinner in the evening, but the service was very slow. I really enjoyed the great surroundings, and we loved all the information we could read on the walls in the corridors which told the story of Bjertorp Slott. I did not see very many smiles or experienced too much friendliness of the staff.

Art deco fabulousness! Such a peaceful and glamorous spot. Straight out of gatsby! We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and lovely service. Fantastic breakfast lunch and dinner. And we adored the staff. We stayed in a suite and loved every minute of it, fascinated by the people who once called this place home in an interesting era in history.

Staff try hard and lovely setting but single rooms 222 and 224 are at the back of the building above the kitchens and west facing so impossibly hot. No fan and when the weather did cool at about 10pm, the smell from the rubbish bins was overwhelming through the open windows. Add the noise of bottles being recycled and the staff revving their engines as they departed until about 11pm and it was a very disappointing stay for our first night.

I can really recommend Bjertorps Slott for your wedding. It is the perfect location and the environment is perfect. The garden is so beautiful and the backside of the castle is perfect for photos. Do it!

Väldigt fint och trevligt hotell! Maten och servicen i restaurangen var dock kraftigt under förväntan och förstörde mycket av upplevelsen. Först blev vi förflyttande från vårt bord till ett annat mycket sämre utan anledningen. Tog väldigt lång tid mellan rätterna, totalt 2,5 timme för tre rätter. Fick påminna servitrisen om allt minst två gånger, exempelvis dricka och nota och det gick gäster runtomkring oss också. Fisken som vi tog var helt överkokt och torr och märklig kombination på rätter. Vi hade förväntat oss mycket bättre på ett sådant här ställe.
