In general it's really superb and enjoyable stay. Thanks for food it's really really good. Environment, facilities, Room service and help desk are very good. Really a wonderful stay. Children play area is joyful play for them. My daughter enjoyed well

Nice place for dine out and stay mr bapi Mondal was awesome he treated us like a family .i will suggest everyone to go there keep it up bapi and hotel ***agement .food was mouthwatering and delicious.

We travelled here to enjoy New Year's eve. Firstly, their new year package was exorbitantly expensive and the inclusions they mentioned were just for attracting customers. At the time of check-in when inquired with check-in staff on activities, they were not aware of it and there was no activity done on Day 1. Same was with Day 2 there were no activities and directly New Year's program started in night around 8 pm. In terms of food, it was normal but nothing upto mark of a 4 star hotel. I had booked Hazel Suite keeping in mind comfort, but the room layout was quite weird. The bed sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty and had hair bands and few other things which earlier guest might have forgot. The best part of the bathroom was that the toilet was exactly where you would stand to use the wash basin, so practically very less space to stand near the wash basin. As and when possible there was one person(staff) who tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Yes, I forgot my medicine pouch and they were courteous to courier it back to me. This is the only positive point about this resort.

We certainly expected a better room for the money we paid and for the Fern brand that we opted to stay in. Room size was okish but it needed cleaning and changing of linens. We were told that due to a marriage party recently held there, things may not be as good as it usually are! Our misfortune? Mr. Rahul, Supervisor, came to our rescue and got the cleaning and changing done, he was one bright spot in otherwise poor service setup, staff and et. all. He also, however, could not do any good to the bad smell originating from the washbasin area... Morning breakfast was just so-so, nothing tasty or worth mentioning. In addition, the restaurant boys and girls' staff were speaking loudly to each other and to the chef, letting the brand impression go for a toss, as if they cared! No, no, Fern not again.

The hotel amenities were not up to the mark. The outdoor kids play zone wasn't at all secure with a lot of scrap in between as well as crystal which is highly dangerous and not adequate to be in an area where you have children under the age of 3 and can get easily hurt as well as a lot of bird poop. The floor outside the reception is not in level for which there is a disbalance without Caution board displayed which also created an incident with my wife having to fall down as the floor not been level wasn't visible. Food was below average and the service provided was equally poor. Considering that it's part of a prestigious group of companies Fern the hotel is definitely not a 5 or 4star property! An inspection to the facilities and lack of maintenance needs to be addressed and rectified to avoid future damages to the property as well as to its image.
