Where to begin - 10 amazing days made special by Charisma and her crew, (especially young Humeyra) who although some of their English wasn’t great, couldn’t do enough to try and please us. The Aegean view all around us crashing and sparkling, our room with glass walls on two sides so we felt like we were at sea. The food: traditional hand made flat bread being rolled out every morning on the terrace, fresh honeycomb and creamy home made yogurt with breakfast, then fresh hand made pasta hanging waiting to be cooked for dinner… live mellow guitar music and romantic singing at night in the warm air on the terrace with the red sun hanging low in the sky. Fabulous 30m pool always warm, always nearly empty for great length swimming, local mountain bikes to hire for long rides to Ephesus and the National park nearby. Massage and wonderful hydrofacials at the spa - not expensive and very professional and easily available (thanks Dilek!) Only things I can think of to balance this would be: let’s get some English tv channels? Let’s get some better quality mocktails and zero alcohol for the non drinkers amongst us please? We will of course be coming back!

우리는 이틀 밤 동안 머물렀고 위치는 완벽하고 해변과 가깝고 주변에 많은 레스토랑과 바가 있습니다. 방은 넓고 다소 깨끗했으며 침대는 훌륭하고 정말 부드럽고 구름 속에서 자고있는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 우리는 아침 식사도 정말 좋아했습니다. 원하는 모든 것이 있었고 신선한 오렌지 주스도 먹었습니다. 절대적으로 좋아하는 것입니다! 실내 수영장은 사진보다 작은 것으로 밝혀졌지만 수영을 할 수 있어서 여전히 좋았습니다.

남편과의 신혼 여행을 위해 호텔은 프라이버시가 매우 좋습니다. 호텔에 들어가면 보안요원이 있습니다. 호텔에 머무를 때 팔찌로 인증을 받습니다. 점심이나 저녁에 가시면 됩니다. 정말 뷔페식 2인분인데 우리 집사람 입맛에 딱 맞는 음식들이 많아서 정말 좋습니다. 여름에는 많은 워터파크 액티비티, 바베큐, 서핑이 있습니다. 침대 옆에는 바다가 있고 반대편에는 그리스가 있습니다.

I travelled to TNR Boutique Hotel and Spa Kusadasi (Turkey) from 12th - 19th April 2023 as my daughter was having her teeth done. It is 1.25 journey by taxi costing £45 from Izmir airport to this hotel. We arrived about 1pm and met a very nice young man who duly checked us in and allotted our rooms we had 2 separate rooms. They both had sea view and were lovely but we were 1.5 miles from nearest beach Ladies beach I believe the photo on the TNR website is very like Ladies beach in high season be aware this beach is a good 25 mins walk from hotel. I cannot understand some reviews by tripadvisors around same time advising about how good the dinner was there is no evening meal available in this hotel There are some restaurants Kusadasi I was not impressed at all but would highly recommend Kosmu near the sea excellent food ,made feel welcome and great service steak was par excellence thanks. The hotel has a pool but there was no water in it (do have a laugh()I believe the day I left they were filling it so cannot comment on it there is a Spa which I never saw i was informed that the jacuzzi was out of action and could have treatments and use of what ever was actually up and running so I was so disillusioned with my experience that I passed on this one. it was one negative after another. breakfast was the exact same for my 7 days olives,3 chesses, bread and butter and jam honey , a boiled egg cold and so dry it caused me to cough, Turkish tea. We did not have it each day. this was served in an adjoining room called Castrell we paid 3 liras each for fresh orange juice it was nice. The smell of waste from the drains was appalling . When I went to reception the usual reply was ' little English but when I disputed the issue 'they were quick to defend. They were not friendly or business like or helpful. I enquired about the shuttle service how its works and the manager Nigor ( my apologies if I got the spelling wrong) admitted they could arrange a tranfer for approx £120 . We got Kale taxis (£45 ) Their profile on Booking .com which we booked through was so misleading as I have outlined above. They charged my daughter for soiled sheets £15 which was an insult and actually took photos of the sheets and passed the photos around from domestic staff to receptionists to manager this was an invasion of privacy as our solicitor has called it. I cannot say any more as we have left it in our solicitor hands but they are ruthless . I have travelled many places all over the world as have not come across any people as greedy and griping like I did in Turkey, the men were tormenting and condescending especially towards women . Avoid Murphys on the Port as 4 men tried to make me pay for my meal twice because the young man who dealt with my bill actually had no paper in the machine except a tiny bit it came up on my phone the amount I paid . Contacting my bank they following day I was advised that the transaction had not gone through due to l

Servisi, çalışanların ilgili ve hemen istekleri karşılamaları harika Tatil geçirmemizde rahatlığımızı sağladı. Gittiğimizde Banu hanım sıcak ve sempatik güleryüzü ile bizi karşıladı ve Otelin kullanım konseptinde yardımcı oldu. Havuz bölümünü fazla kullanmadık, biraz ufak geldi bize göre. Denizi zaten tercih etiğimiz için, genelde denizdeydik. Şezlonglar rahattı, seçtiğiniz yerde havlular hemen elemanlar tarafından seriliyordu, burada rahattık, çünkü havlu taşımaya gerek yoktu. Deniz yosunlu, yere basmaktan huylanan, deniz ayakkabısı tercih ede edebilir. Tek takıldığımız nokta: Saat 5 ve 6 arası Şezlonglar toplanmaya başlıyor. Akşam yemeği için Restoran’a dönüşüyor. Dışardan gelenler oluyor: Bu durumda birden kalabalık olabiliyor, diğer günlerde biraz sakin oluyor. Akşamları ayrıca Lucky Club’ta canlı Müzik yada ünlü DJ’ler oluyor. Biz çok beğendik ve memnun kaldık, tekrar geleceğiz.
