팜 호텔(Palm Hotel)

We stayed at the Palm Hotel the first week of April 2024.It was a brilliant experience very central to everything, lovely safe swimming pool, accommodation was very clean and very comfortable but we as a family 2 adults and 1 child would have to say the staff are absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and we WILL be be back to the Palm Hotel.As a family with a special needs child they went over and above all expectations so much so that our child can't wait to go back. This was my wife's second stay in the Palm Hotel and she also can't speak highly enough of the Palm Hotel.

From day one it has been a fantastic trip the porter checked us in with ease and issued us our keys . We had a great night's sleep and had air conditioning to cool us down .next morning we went for breakfast and had a beautiful Turkish breakfast . The chef was there to cook eggs if you wanted them . I had boiled eggs and brown bread , (so fresh ). Also there was all kinds of jam and cake's. There was cereal too . After breakfast we met the receptionist girl so friendly both of them.and very helpful. The pool was very clean and the man who ran the pool bar was great . During the day he brought out free fruit to everyone . This hotel is spotless and every morning the maids clean pool area . Great place to stay and as good as any hotel in turkey. Loved it

Just back from a week in the Palm Hotel On arrival the first thing that's off putting are all the rules , No Smoking ,yet the guy frying the eggs is smoking Other stupid rules which I ignored The Rooms are grand , Room service was in every day , made the bed and clean towels everyday ,but did not hoover the floor once . The lift is dreadful it goes up and then it's the service lift or the stairs to get down again . The breakfast ,well the scrambled egg has been cold all week , its an OK selection ,could be improved. I went out a lot for breakfast The pool those chairs that are place around the side of the pool if you lost your footing you'd land in the pool , to close to the pool especially for young kids or anyone who can't swim Now those ladders into the pool need to be replaced ASAP, one of them only has 2 steps so its very difficult to get out , snd the other one OMG Thats ready to brake , i had to get 2 people one being a staff member to hold the ladder while i got out as its so loose its ready to come out PLEASE FIX THIS .Apart from this the pool area is lovely and there is a jacuzzi too That said the hotel is quiet , location is fantastic .staff are friendly, I will be back So please loose the signage with the rules its the first thing you see as you enter the hotel very off putting Please put new steps into the pool See you next year

The WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. It is no way 4 star I would not even grade it as 1 star, I am sure there are hostels etc that are cleaner that this hotel. I could write a book on how awful it is, far from clean, rude staff, they just don't care, they don't do any cleaning. dirty soap still in the bathroom, hair in the shower. My advice is DO NOT STAY HERE, do not even contemplate it.

I had a great time at the palm hotel all the staff was lovely and very friendly and very helpful this hotel is very clean and I had a great time swimming in the pool the breakfast is amazing and I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone and a special thanks to all the staff at this hotel I can’t wait to come back to the palm hotel in Kusadasi again

Myself and my husband stayed in the palm hotel for 14 nights in September.The hotel was in a great location, and the view from our balcony was great. That was the only positive with the Palms Hotel. Hygiene standards were very poor. Rooms only cleaned twice in two weeks, and we had to pay the staff to clean .I was very disappointed in the palm's Hotel. Catherine .

To begin, the positives... Great location, so close to restaurants, shops,beach, taxis etc.Very friendly staff, a special shout out to Mutlu on reception, a beautiful lady who will go above and beyond to try to help you.Now unfortunately for the negatives... although the initial impression is of a very clean hygienic hotel, our room and bathroom was not cleaned for over a week, towels and sheets not changes.We had to ask for these services.I witnessed some guests having to take matters into their own hands and take clean towels, toilet rolls etc from store room.This situation appeared to have improved by the end of our stay and additional cleaning staff appeared to have been employed.Breakfast is a very meagre affair, no omelette or fried eggs unless you pay extra for them.1.5 litre of water was 70TL while the same size bottle of water in the nearby port cost 40 TL.Generally the cost of food and drink in The Palm hotel is prohibitively expensive and there is very little available.Bar is closed as is Turkish bath and sauna facilities.This hotel is not suitable for children as there is no onsite entertainment available or indeed for the infirm as there is very little space to move around the pool area.No space to move sunbed etc.From what I witnessed most guests left straight after breakfast for the various beaches around Kusadasi.Hotel advertises itself with a slogan over the reception desk with "Standards you won't find anywhere else".Allegedly a currency exchange service is offered but this only appears to be available straight after breakfast and when the manager/owner is there.Rooms are on the small side and a bit old fashioned although clean.Very small wardrobe and just not enough storage to facilitate your bits and pieces over the duration of a two week holiday.You are given change from an old sweetbox, the hotel doesn't appear to use tills!!!No safety notices on glass doors in the bedrooms leading to balcony, somebody is going to get badly injured if they walk through the unsigned glass doors.And then the lift....!!!!This apparatus has a mind of its own.It is so old,Noah probably had this type of lift in the Ark.Lights go out, the button for the lobby will not work until you hit it at least 3 times in a certain spot. In my opinion, this hotel just doesn't have the facilities to cater for a two week sun hotel and is more suited to those who only want to stay overnight and then move on to a new location.It certaintly cannot seem to cope with the Irish sun holiday market.I have been in Kusadasi many times since 2009 and would be of the opinion there are much nicer hotels to stay in than The Palm in Kusadasi

A lot of people seem to be leaving highly negative reviews about this hotel. We arrived here and our initial first impressions were let down ; due to the problem of wifi not being available in rooms and only in reception. However , the Palm Hotel Kuşadası truly grew on us , and we ended up really glad to have stuck with this place. Staff ; the staff are all very hardworking people and a real community. I made friends with the people at reception, the cleaners , and the people in the restaurant. Having limited or no English doesn't mean you cannot see the good in each other ; hotel english will be learnt in time for each person. Before people comment on the English of the staff , perhaps question if you learnt any turkish while on your trip here. I had a heat fever during my time here and all of the hotel staff were concerned for me , wondering about what they could do to help , asking if i wanted food brought up ; after i'd revovered they'd all say how they didn't see me for a long time and asking if i was better. It was beautiful! - Location was excellent and our view was stunningly beautiful. The sea , the people walking down on the streets , the holiday atmosphere (we stayed during Bayram) was all part of our lively Kuşadası experience. - The hotel was not luxury , if you want to come on a big luxurious spoil-me holiday, find somewhere else in Kuşadası - usually the hotels in the centre are for a good night's sleep , a meal and somewhere with great location. -We liked how a lot of people from different places travelled to stay here - many german speakers!! -It's the kind of hotel that you come back to after a long day of being out ; somewhere to rest and people to say hello to. It's nice and easy - we made the most out of our stay here. The only thing I would fault is that the lift (elevator) is extremely tiny and old fashioned. The food could be updated to a more turkish aspect , too. Thank you to the staff at this hotel who work so hard and are very kind and friendly. Especially to the hardworking waiters at the restaurant , the two lovely girls at reception , and Tuana on the cleaning team🥰

Very modern and stylish hotel. Rooms are decent size and balcony are too. We were on floor 2 and free wifi was sometimes very slow busy mostly was a decent speed. Food was ok and swimming pool was good sized. Staff were very friendly and cleaners were there every day (unless you put on do not disturb sign). Perfect location, right next to beach and town centre. Also beautiful views if in a sea view room.
