Canary Islands Resort & Spa

I am currently staying in the property and its soo disappointing after paying 20k for 1 night for a base room…the property is completely under construction…the swimming pool area nad the pool are dirty and zero maintenance. We requested for a mosquito coil as there ***y but for the same they denied then we requested for incense stick wohld also work but again same answer which is no. Please ***agement look into the maintenance if you wish to charge so mucha nd provide zero facilities to your customer. The ***agers are so rude and argue for every small thing requested and they are not even bothered even if we complain or not considerate for any reviews. Please dont waste money instead a***zi or hilton are much better properties avoid going to this place.

We had a memorable experience. Property is amazing. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Hospitality was top notch. Everything was taken care very well. Food and music was also really good. Property is very well maintained. Thank you for wonderful experience.

The resort has amazing ambience and vibe.The rooms are very beautiful with amazing aesthetics.The food was extremely tasty and well presented l.Ramkrishna and jali very attentive, professional and quick keep it up...We hope to have the pleasure welcoming back..

The hospitality is exceptional kid friendly and lip smacking food. Great experience with staff Subrata and Karan. Kodos to the staff for being so welcoming and heart warming

Amazing resort with excellent service provided by Karan Singh and the entire staff of Canary Island Resort, loved the experience !! Rooms, food, drinks, were very good and service provided by the entire staff is excellent and flawless!!!

Very good hospitality and beautiful scenic place to visit for weekends and for vacations. The staff is very cordial, and they also took care of our eight month old baby, while we were having food- thanks karan singh . Highly recommended for everyone . Abby

Very nice property!! ,,very friendly and helping staff!! The location is just absolutely stunning ,,food and service is very good ! Mr aakash was a very helpful server ,, Must recommend!!the island to island transfer by the ferry is something new ,,that too in the mountains !!

The amazing experience, the atmosphere was really good. Service in cafe are really good, the food quality is specially taken care, authenticity of food was kept live. Server Akash and Karan are best sever who suggested ***y food items out the box. It was made our evening better.

The food is excellent . The service rendered by Mr karan singh was exceptional. Water sports activity were very good. Room services is good . All over the property deserves a visit. Thereafter, the property is not crowded at all . If u want a peaceful weekend this is best space i got.
