駅からとても近くて便利でした レストランもそばにあるのでローカル料理楽しめました、ホテルのスタッフの方は迅速にタクシーを手配してくれてさーび満点でした。

We had booked for 5 nights of stay in February 2024 and at the outset, were greeted ominously by power outage only at the hotel when we arrived which continued intermittently throughout the night. This was really frustrating after a long day travel. Staff was not even apologetic for the inconvenience. We further noted the next morning that occupancy rate was barely 10% which compelled us to vacate the hotel after one night stay and move to another property. The room service was also pathetic. On the location, though it is located bang opposite the Kumbakonam Railway Station, the area around the station and the hotel are deserted with only a few petty shops, as the market place is a good 2 kms away.

I am utterly disgusted by the horrendous experience I had at your establishment just week ago. I ordered a cup of coffee to my room, only to be served a flask containing tiny worms floating in the cup. It's beyond belief that such a repulsive incident occurred under your roof. When we confronted the server about this nauseating discovery, he callously claimed that the particles were merely paper dust from sugar bags. As if that wasn't appalling enough, upon emptying the flask, we discovered flies at the bottom. The lack of empathy and responsibility from your staff is infuriating. No one bothered to inquire about my well-being after consuming a concoction that you call coffee. Your promise to "take action" is nothing but a hollow statement, considering the blatant disregard for customer health and safety. How dare you run a hospitality business without the basic decency to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the products you serve? I find it absolutely unacceptable that I had to endure such a nightmarish experience at your establishment. The blatant negligence and lack of accountability from your end are not only disappointing but also raise serious questions about the standards of your business. I de***d immediate and concrete actions to address this matter. Your negligence has not only ruined my stay but also jeopardized my health for couple of days. It's appalling that I have to express my anger and frustration in such a ***ner, but your lack of concern leaves me with no choice. I expect a swift and comprehensive resolution to this issue, ***** with a sincere and unequivocal apology. Your customers deserve better!! Also the tv cable was not checked before the room was given. The TV was not working properly at all.

Very conveniently located as it close to the railway station. Ratnam at the front office and Alimuthu/Christoper/Raminam at the restaurant were very helpful. Please don’t have any big hopes as this a very good restaurant/hotel and can be considered as best budget entry level place.

Horrible , dusty and very dirty . Got checked in to a room with broken handles in bathroom, A/C not working , floors were dusty no towels in the room . Very very poor , do not go by ratings .Raya and Grand Raya are way better . Very poor communication and nothing works .

Room is spacious with comfortable bed with Hot water facilities . Room service good. Breakfast is nice in the restaurant. The hotel is situated away from the congested city and opposite to the railway station. We can walk straight away from the station

Very good service. Very clean rooms and restrooms. Definitely I will recommend this property. Restaurant can have more choices for the morning buffet. This place is just opposite to the Kumbakonam Railway station.

First the biggest advantage of this property is its next to the railway station, however the advantage stops at that. It’s a fairly old property but well maintained rooms and one can get a good rest. Food is priced very high for the city one will get better hotels with better rooms and cheaper pricing when I compare. We took two rooms. I opted for room rent without breakfast. Kids under 5 stay complimentary above 5 they charge 400 per child without any extra bed if you want bed they will give mattress to be put on flood charges for the same is 900/- which is quiet steep. We had lunch on first day at the hotels restaurant which is vegetarian service was bit slow maybe as we reached at 3 pm. Restaurant menu is priced very steep you will get good and better restaurants at half the price in the kumbokonam. Balaji Bhavan which is about 1.2 km away is great Option excellent parking also cheaper rooms. In restaurant they give mineral water on chargeable basis. In room they offer some non branded water bottle 500 ml two bottles daily basis if you ask extra bottle it’s chargeable, however if you give empty bottle they will fill and give to you. No tea bag / coffee make in room they can give you kettle for boiling water. There is a restaurant just outside which can offer great tea and coffee. The parking space in the basement is very congested for smaller cars it’s ok for bigger vehicles like Innova / Ertiga/ Etc better to park outside, I had tough time when I took my vehicle inside the parking there was no one to guide and while reversing my front wheel went inside a open hole which was not covered and cause of darkness I could not see after a lot of struggle and help from hotel staff I was able to push the car out post that I parked my car outside, The hotel staff are polite and will help you with things you want.

Rooms are Very Clean and neat..Good environment and near by transportation facility. They provide very tasteful foods especially mushroom rice and butter Masala .. The ***ager Allimuthu and hotel staffs are treated as very very genuine and friendly ***ner .. I want to visit once again in future…
