고쿨람 그랜드 리조트 & 스파(Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa, Kumarakom)

A wonderful First time Stay at the Beautiful Gokulam Grand Resort and Spa Kumarakom in Kerala. Beautiful Architecture and Location, this Resort steals your heart away. The Morning Yoga Classes held by Mr Shibin were so interesting as he made us understand the difference between Real Yoga and just Yoga Postures via connecting the Body n Mind with Happy Breathing . The Ayurveda Spa has good Therapists to help you relax and rejuvenate. The Resort arranges a Complimentary Sunset Cruise every Evening at 5 pm in a Shikhara ***** the scenic Lake Vembanad Lake . An Evening Tea n Snacks fill you up before the Cruise and you get to meet all the Guests of the Resort. The Chef Cooking Demos are interesting followed by the Evening Cultural Shows which include Dance and Music Recitals of Kerala performed by the talented local Artists. The Meals are delicious and have a lot of Variety . The Hospitality of the Young Staff like Dipu, Jholmol. Indrajit , M.P is endearing. The Entire Staff was very curteous and helpful all throughout our stay. The ***agers Mr Rejimon etc the Trainees like Yashwant were very helpful and responsive as was the Housekeeping Staff. The LakeView Rooms were very clean and comfortable and had a Great View too. Definitely coming back again to Gokulam Grand Resort N Spa Kumarakom whenever we visit Kerala again. Will recommend it to all my Friends too. Had a really wonderful time here from 8th April to 11th April 2024 .

We only came for one night as part of our tour, the hotel does not serve alcohol which wasn’t a problem for one night, everything was near on perfect except the usual people in the pool with street clothes and people in the restaurant inappropriately dressed but no one says anything. We were next to 4 rooms full of screaming kids, and our only dinner was completely ruined by these unruly children.They hung out all their washing outside their rooms, it looked like a Chinese laundry ! We mentioned it and then were offered a better room but it was a double and they would have put in an extra bed, we declined as we’d already unpacked, you must have known that this was the case at check in, so you could have offered us it then or even two separate rooms. I was asked to give positive feedback on checking out & I said our dinner was completely ruined, and the lady just laughed, hopefully she misunderstood me.

Must stay. We came around 45 people together I have never experienced such impeccable, caring, thoughtful and delightful service at any hotel. The staff make you feel at home and anticipate your every need. Really who escorted from the reception to our room Mr Yaswanth was explaining with smiling face after he's caring about our group in the sunset cruise . Literally we feel like personalized service from him.facilities are top notch, the rooms are clean with beautiful views and the food is excellent. Highly recommend - but we already planned in thrissur that's why we moved from there orelse i love stay over there such a beautiful property with beautiful staff .

I visited Gokulam Grand Kumarakom with my children earlier in April 2024 and want to make a specific mention of the delightful experience I had at this resort. Thanks to late arrival of the flight, we reached the resort around midnight and was given a warm welcome ***** with a hassle-free check in experience despite the late hour. We stayed at the Premium Lake View Villa and the room and bathroom was well appointed and spacious with a nice balcony that overlooks a lagoon coupled with a magnificent view of the Vembanad lake. The room was very well stocked and I noticed that the housekeeping staff serviced the room twice in a day which is a delighter. The property is beautifully landscaped and is fairly self sufficient with a game room, fitness center, spa and ayurvedic trea**ent facility, hammocks in the lawns and a cute little lagoon. The highlight, however, is the exceptionally warm staff and prompt service that makes you feel at home and taken care of, despite the hot and humid weather. (April is not exactly a great time to visit Kerala anyway!) We took the yoga class that is conducted each morning, played carrom and chess, went cycling and kayaking and even took the sunset cruise – all of which was organized by the resort. Additionally, we also took a couple of trea**ent sessions at the Spa and between the efficient staff and a warm ambience, it was definitely a rejenuvating experience. And so, if you are headed to Kumarakom for a relaxed vacation, I would definitely recommend Gokulam Grand and there is really no need to step out of the resort at all during your stay. Last but not the least, was the generous buffet spread at the restaurant both at breakfast and dinner which has something for everyone…north indian, south indian, continental and asian and all of it tastefully prepared and served! All in all, the 4 days that we spent at Gokulam Grand Kumarakom was a delightful experience. My heartfelt thanks to both the property and the extremely hospitable staff for making this a truly memorable vacation for me and my family.

Excellent resort. Friendly staff including Anju, Asha, Ajesh and chef Mahesh. We enjoyed our stay at the resort. It is a wonderful place to stay. We were very happy with the helpfulness of the staff. Chef Mahesh made special soup and desserts for us.

Excellent service & warm loving helpful beyond words. The food was excellent and they catered to our needs . Overall It was luxurious stay. The resort provided lots of activities for all ages, Would love to visit again. Thx to all the staff members.

When in Kumarakom, three must be in ur bucket list -  1. Atleast 6 hrs of Luxury House Boat 2. Live Sea Food last but not the least 3. GOKULAM GRAND RESORT Guys sharing my experience during our stay at this place. It's gonna be lengthy. Well it was an important occasion in my family..... My wife was turning 40. Oops...(I shall have one from my wife for mentioning this). Was excited to surprise my wife n so was my wife as she loves surprises. But choosing a destination was strenuous. Then came this beautiful state of our country -  "KERELA" on my mind. It Indeed is God's Own Country. I m sure I didn't make any mistake finalising this state with serene beauty. The crown on this was GOKULAM GRAND RESORT KUMARAKOM.  Came across ***y resorts in Kumarakom but after going through the pics, videos, activities, rooms I made up my mind to visit this resort.  I confirmed my reservations for 3N4D. Synopsis:- # WELCOME - Warm n Hearty,  by the pleasing n courteous front office staff with traditional kerela tilak followed by welcome drinks.  # RESORT - Amazing architecture & Fabulous wooden decor.  # SURROUNDING - Eye popping. Scenic n serene - A sigh of relief that I made no mistake in booking this resort.  # FRONT DESK STAFF- Pleasing, Humble & Courteous. As per my request they have arranged a beautiful bouquet n a birthday cake for my wife at the reception on arrival. My special thanks to the entire front desk team for the arrangement. They stood ***** with us with all kindness n goodness during the cake cutting, singing the Birthday song for my wife. We felt like being at home away from home. Special thanks to the ***ager Mr. Rejimon for initiating, being a part of this tiny Birthday celebration at the reception and for taking care of our stay. He made sure that we r having a relaxed n luxurious stay. # VILLA - Surprise Birthday room decoration was done. "Lake View Vila". Luxurious, lavish n beautiful crafts***ship. Typical Kerela wooden decors mingled with luxurious open air to bathroom. Not to forget the bubble bathtub. This was Day 1 spent at leisure. # IN-HOUSE ACTIVITIES - Day 2 All Complementary. Please check the list on the website. Don't forget to have a sip on tea/coffee at the stall right on the banks of the ocean like Vembanad lake.  # SUNSET CRUISE - The Breath taker. Was also complimentary. Day 2 # HOUSE BOAT - Day 3 An important day to engulf ourselves amidst the Silence of Vembanad Lake. Yes it's the luxury house boat. That is what we r here for. Now comes the major part, hiring the best house boat. Ms. Surabhi (travel desk ***ager), took the responsibility in her hands to  extend the comfort n luxury that we were been offered up until now. A luxurious house boat was arranged by her ***** with complementary lunch (veg, Nonveg n sea food). We were so impressed with her service that we decided to handover our further logistics to her. # HOUSEKEEPING - Humble n Honest. U can also rest assure that u n ur belongings r at safe ha

The stay was absolutely wonderful. There are lot of activities like boating kayaking sunset Cruise etc. and the food was also superb. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable. The kids really loved it and there are lots of game activities as well including cycling carroms etc

Great view and ambience. Back waters area is nice. Rooms are with full amenities. Food is good. Overall highly recommended. Staff was friendly and attentive. Staff named Rutha took time to take photos for us. Weather was perfect. Thank you
