호텔 객실은 깨끗하고, 멋지고 넓었습니다. 아침 식사도 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 시내 중심가를 산책하기에 위치가 완벽합니다.

오후 3시 이전에 일찍 체크인할 수 있어서 방이 준비되었습니다. 기본적인 아침 식사지만 매우 유용한 서비스 하우스키핑 직원은 친절합니다 방은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있으며 기본적인 시설이 있습니다 Wi-Fi는 안정적이지 않지만 수용 가능합니다 GrabCar 또는 e-hailing 서비스를 이용하기 쉽습니다

쿠칭의 오래된 상업 지구인 Jalan Padungan 근처에 있습니다. 워터프런트, 박물관, 쇼핑몰이 모두 근처에 있습니다.

호텔은 해안가에서 약 2.5km 떨어져 있으며, 조금 멀지만 길을 따라 많은 바와 식당이 있습니다. 아침 식사는 맛 면에서 좋았지만 대부분 아시아 음식으로 구성되어 있고, 다양성은 많지 않았습니다. 주차는 가능하지만 주차 쿠폰이 필요하기 때문에 무료는 아닙니다. 객실은 크기와 편의 시설이 괜찮았습니다. 그러나 바닥이 깨졌고 샤워실에 보관/선반이 없어 샤워용 세면용품을 놓기 어려웠습니다. 침대와 TV 사이의 거리에 비해 TV도 작았습니다. 타월이 오래되었고 교체해 주세요. 그 외에 이 호텔의 장점은 주차, 아침 식사 제공, 경쟁력 있는 가격이었습니다. 전반적인 숙박 경험은 10점 만점에 6점이었습니다.

Cozy room with fully accommodated amenities. Breakfast vouchers are given at check-in for Embers Cafe. Food was great and very fulfilling to start the day. Only downsides is that the location of the hotel is close to a busy road, so you can hear vehicles at night. However, booking a room with no windows does help to reduce the noise.

Hotel is at strategic location and near to padungan with a lot food to eat.

Overall, it was a good stay with a great location as Pandungan has plenty of things and food to explore, highly recommend! The only issue was the water heater, which was fixed by maintenance but stopped working again the next morning, so I had to switch to a smaller room. However, this didn’t affect the overall experience, still a pleasant stay!

Less than 10km from airport. 20mins walk from waterfront, 30mins walk to open air market (bus station to Bako National Park). Air-conditioning excellent, hot shower excellent. Bad: toilet flush slow n nearly not flowing down at room 0303. Breakfast voucher is actually valid for meal 8am-5pm, worth rm25. Most of the meal rm20-27 exclusively of tax.

It was good，clean and comfortable ...... and the counter was friendly .

Everything went smoothly. The check and check out process was easy. The room was clean & comfortable, spacious bathroom. The only issue was the water heater, which was stopped working the next morning. Breakfast is a RM25 voucher per pax when you book for a room.

Cleanliness: when we entered the room, there was a small puddle from the fridge that they had to clean up. Service: Not responsive. Check in receptionist took awhile to verify my booking, had to call front desk multiple times to clean up the puddle. Amenities: Average toiletry and the shower handle was dated. Water pressure and temperature was alright. Location: Slightly far from the main streets and we were closer to the fire station. Downside, there wasn't any convenient stores within 5 minutes.

I have stayed thisbhotel for several times, and it has always bern a comfortable and affordable choice. The rooms are cozy and well-kept.

Everything went smoothly. The check and check out process was easy. The room was spacious, clean, aesthetic somehow and the breakfast was good. Such a great stay.
