숲 속 오두막의 느낌이 정말 좋아요! 밤에는 매미의 지저귀는 소리와 새들의 지저귀는 소리, 자연의 즐거운 느낌을 들으며 잠들어 보세요. 귀여운 원숭이도 만날 수 있어요! 매우 흥미로운 숙박 경험!

자연과 너무 가까워 마치 아름다운 정원에 있는 듯한 느낌을 주는 호텔입니다. 대부분 유럽인과 미국인 관광객이 있으며 목욕 시설은 비교적 간단합니다. 원숭이의 존재가 재미를 더해줍니다. 뷔페식 아침 식사와 저녁 식사가 허용됩니다.

이 호텔을 정말 좋아합니다. 국립공원의 중심에 위치하고 있어요! 공원 센터도 리조트 내에 위치해 있으며, 모든 자연 산책로가 말 그대로 매우 가깝습니다. 다른 곳에 묵으려면 강을 건너야 합니다. 아침 식사와 저녁 식사는 훌륭했습니다! 정글 산책, 늦은 버코 보트 탑승, 야간 보트 탑승은 꼭 해보세요! 보트는 4인승 좌석이므로 4인 일행이라면 보트 전체를 공유하거나 비용을 지불할 다른 사람을 찾는 것이 가장 좋습니다. 마을까지 가는 강 페리의 요금은 편도 Rm1입니다. 차로 1분 거리에 쉽게 이용할 수 있어 전혀 기다릴 필요가 없었습니다. 내 생각에는 이곳이 머물기에 가장 좋은 곳이다.

방은 퀴퀴하고, 바닥은 제대로 관리되지 않았고, 레스토랑 서비스는 매우 형편없었고, 신경 쓰지 않는 것처럼 보였고, 비즈니스 날씨가 원하든 원하지 않든 많이 받았기 때문에 귀찮게 하지 않았습니다. 이곳은 천국이지만 호텔은 손님을 위해 집으로 만들 수 있습니다. 안타깝게도 그렇지 않습니다. 주차가 번거롭고 강 근처에 도착하면 안내해 줄 사람이 없으며 매우 열악하게 처리됩니다. 90% 개선의 여지가 있고,

It was a relaxing trip. Canopy is fun and worth going for. Activities are a bit expensive.

Honestly, apart from personal episodes that can happen I don't understand who complains about the structure as a whole. Our cottage was quite far from the reception and I must say that the walk allowed us to appreciate the structure as a whole. The rooms are simple, a bit dusty and with swinging doors but we are in the rainforest with air conditioning.... We slept very well. Each room has a minibar (empty§) §AC, ceiling fan and a full bathroom. Regarding the meals I must say that they surprised us positively. The buffet formula doesn't convince me much but overall we always found something "lighter" to alternate the strong tastes of the local cuisine. It is also possible to go on various excursions starting on foot from the resort: night walks, the canopy etc... There is also a wonderful boat trip that is truly unmissable. Overall a beautiful experience, the price is certainly higher than the average found in Malaysia but the location and the services in general justify the amount. All the staff (room staff, reception, guides) are very friendly and helpful. Some advice: - if you go by car, go to the departure point of the boat that connects you to the resort to unload your luggage. There are parking lots but they are not very close. - the half-board formula is a great alternative. - the little shop gives you back the deposit when you bring empty plastic bottles.

Awful, dirty and run down After paying more than 1000RM we opened our door to find a filthy and run down room. Sides, floor, fridge and bathroom were extremely dirty and falling to bits. There are much better options in the area such as Takoma. I would never stay at Mutiara, such a rip off..

This was a disappointing stay, unfortunately. We had booked a one bedroom “chalet suite” and asked for a quiet room, as we are light sleepers. However, we found that all of the “chalet suites” are built in pairs along the river, with a thin bamboo wall separating each pair. We had a noisy family of 6 in the adjacent “chalet suite”, and we could hear every cough, sneeze and shriek from our neighbours through the wall. Further, the boats that criss-cross the river have engines similar in sound to a jet ski, and don’t stop travelling back and forth across the river until quite late each night. The call to prayer booms into your room from a loudspeaker in the little township across the river at 6am. So, we had anticipated and hoped for a comfortable, immersive jungle experience, but found the stay to be really draining. The staff would not relocate us to a room away from the river without charging us extra, even though I had been really clear when booking our all inclusive 3 night stay that I wanted a quiet room. There was no communication in advance to offer alternative types of chalets which might have been a better fit for us. The front desk staff were unhelpful at best, which was terribly frustrating for the price we were paying. The property is visually picturesque, the chalets are comfortable and the activities are good. The food is also ok, bearing in mind the logistical constraints the kitchen must operate under. However, if you are a light sleeper I recommend that you insist on a chalet as far from the river as possible, in a stand alone cabin.

A wonderful and comfortable stay with good facilities and friendly staff who were informative and attentive. The tours and day trips were great fun and the accommodation was comfortable, if in need of a little updating in some areas. Overall a comfortable stay.

The resort is old if it's not as old as the rain forest of Taman Negara. The rooms are not well upkeep as the beds were dirty with hair left on the bedsheet. The water from the taps is murky and we have to only drink from bottled water. The only compliment I can give to this resort is the friendly staff from the gardener to the housekeepers to the restaurant staff and reception counter staff. They all greet every guest with a smile on their face and make our stay pleasantly good.

Chalet nestled in greenery. Beautiful, comfortable and clean. Very good spread of buffet breakfast and dinner. We were blessed by the excellent service provided by the restaurant team especially Mr Farid who made sure we had good coffee and the yummy keropok is refilled. Kudos. Thank you to Mutiara for making the stay so memorable and pleasant.
