Ceylonz Suites KLCC by Mana-Mana

Great place to stay close to the city center for expats and travelers. The view from the top is stunning, especially from the pool. My room (neon b 33-17) on the 33rd floor was facing north-west with view on the park in front (see pictures) and was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a mini Mart on the ground floor and a good gym on the roof next to the pool. Nice Cafés in 10min walking range, about 20 min to the PETRONAS towers by foot. Overall good value for money.

還可以吧，沒住過其他酒店，沒發對比。酒店在市中心，City walk或打車出行都還挺方便。房間窗外 的城市和景觀綠化風景很美，樓頂無邊泳池很贊！但是，房間熱水時有時沒🥹好在天氣熱，冷水也勉強能洗。

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. Located in the heart of kuala lumpur, so you can see the clear sight of KL tower and KLCC surrounded with all the tall buildings. The Hotel also provide secured private parking. The room is quite big makes movement within the room very comfortable. It was convenient & well equipped with wifi, water boiler, microwave, heater, iron, portable cooker & filtered water. My stay was very enjoyable. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Had to return for work!

Haist so terrible and disgusting. Pillow case was so smelly and the toilet too! 🤮🤮. 1st thing is from the counter the staff is not approachable and inconsiderate come to think we we booked 3 rooms and asking for same floor however he told us is not they're doing this thing blah blah blah it's mana mana to contact first. Huh 😕 they not accommodating!!!!!

Первое впечатление было не очень, когда я приехала с 2-х годовалым ребенком, коляской и чемоданом и меня никто не встретил. На мое удивленное лицо отреагировал парковщик, которых было 2 на месте. И ни одного встречающего. Сначала дали номер не тот, что я оплачивала, я очень рекомендую брать особый номер, потому что там и достаточно пространства, есть диван, нетФликс, кухня наполненная всем необходимым. Как хорошо, что все же я люблю получать свое и пошла пообщаться на ресепшн. Тихо,чисто, классный бассейн, бесплатный. Спрашивают депозит при заселении .

Bilik je kurang bersih,chek in sampah tidak di ambil,lantai xsapu.😌 microwave tak boleh on😌 Tapi view bilik,pool & taman memang sebiji dalam gambar,all puas hati,pool boleh mandi sampai malam,wajib pakai swimming suit😊gym sebelah pool je. parking rm5 setiap kali nak keluar.

Overall it’s a great hotel for the price, and would book again. Further comments: Positives: -Infinity pool with amazing view -Helpful staff, always online on WhatsApp -Big room, high ceiling, amazing view -Helped with check in at 1pm without a fee (standard checkin time is 3pm) -Minimart on the ground floor for necessities Negatives: -Although location is central, it’s about 11 mins walk to the nearest metro and half an hour walk to KLCC. It was a bit difficult with luggage, although it’s great location if using taxi. -Overall clean room but bathroom and towels could have been cleaner. -Shower has no door making the entire bathroom wet all the time. -Elevator waiting time is long as it’s a high building with many residents/guests. -No water provided

Very nice view. Clean😍 peaceful place. Mind relaxing. Love to stayed here. Really enjoyed. We stayed for 2 days. Juz the lift service is poor. Otherwise everything ok. We love it😍❤️ I rate 5 star ⭐ will check in again ☺️

When we got in, the room was untidy. We were with 2 but they provided 1 clean towel and the other towel was on the floor. The airconditioning was leaking and the toilet was not cleaned properly as well. We called the receptionist to bring new towels and asked if they could reclean the toilet. Thanks to the guy who did it! View from the room was really nice though.
