Very good service..good location..very big room and cozy.

酒店還是不錯的，看起來是一個寫字樓那種，前台小哥也不錯，地下車位充足，取停車票以後去前台銷停車就可以，也是免費的，房間足夠大… 但是…自駕遊的國人一定要注意，你如果英語不行，也不認路，千萬不要住這個酒店，谷歌導航沒國內高德那麼細緻，非常大的機率會走錯，周圍全是錯綜複雜高架橋和高速連接，走錯一個口可能就得繞30分鐘才能回來…我住兩天，每次回來走都錯…如果谷歌地圖設定的還是走高速，那來回高速能走出十來塊錢 坐公共交通的或者打車的問題不大，周圍有個城鐵站，附近的谷中城也不錯…

Good servis

1、優點：樓下就有地鐵，出行很方便。房間很大，兩面落地窗（沒有任何裝飾當然也感覺很空曠沒有温馨感） 2、缺點：不隔音，外面汽車摩託車的聲音太大，影響休息。隔壁開關門聲音也很大；廁所洗手盆櫃子漏水，住了3晚，每天一地的水，容易滑倒；放燒水壺的櫃子周圍沒有電源插座，燒水得去床頭櫃上，這個設計服了。另外櫃子上不能放任何吃的東西，否則招來一堆小螞蟻，有點噁心。

The room is spacious for a family of 5! Although the lights are all a bit orangey light but if you are not spending the day or most of the time inside the room then that's alright. The best part of all is that it is right inside the lrt station. Don't have to drive around and kids got to enjoy the ride too. Easy win for us.

Heads up: if u plan to stay here pick imperial regency Kuala Lumpur as the price is lower even though both it's actually the same hotel. First of all, the receptionist is of first class quality. Secondly, Room is huge n clean but rather wore out as Paints on the wall are peeling off all over the place. Location wise the only saving grace is the mrt n pantai hospital. Other than that there is nothing ard here worthy of your stay as it's surrounded by office buildings. Amenities like tea n coffee r available so is a hairdryer. Remember to bring your own bath gel though.

Imperial Regency Suites & Hotel Kuala Lumpur was a pleasant hotel. I enjoyed the stay every time there and it is located nearby Mid Valley Shopping Mall. The LRT stations just next to the hotel. The room was super clean and spacious. Price was right and rooms were super clean. Great value for money.

Spacious and suitable for family stay. Easy excess to Kerinchi LRT station (just 2 mins walk from hotel lobby)
