매우 기본적인 호텔이며 서양 표준과는 거리가 멀다... 관광객을 위한 것이 아니거나 적어도 충분히 준비되지 않았으며 위치가 좋다... 주변 환경이 내가 기대했던 것과는 전혀 다르다. 저층 주택, 모든 업소 문 닫아… 몇 년 전 현지인들을 위한 상업 활동이 있었던 동네였던 것 같지만, 말씀드린 대로 서양인 관광객이 아닌 현지인을 위한 호텔입니다. 의사소통이 매우 나쁩니다. 가장 가까운 역까지 걸어가야 하고 매우 좋지 않은 거리를 통과해야 합니다. 조금 더 중심적인 곳에서 30분 정도 걸어야 합니다... 그리고 여기에서 모든 비를 맞으며 30분을 걷는 것은 미친 짓입니다. KL은 처음이 아니며 동일한 가격에 위치가 더 좋고 최소한의 품질, 고객 서비스, 청결 및 서비스에 더 부합하는 호텔이 있습니다. 그나저나 뷰가 좋은 슈페리어 룸을 예약했는데 주차장이 보이는 방을 주셨어요... 저희는 2명이서 젤이랑 샴푸만 놔뒀어요 , 미니바는 존재하지 않았다... 시원하지 않고 소음만 나는 낡은 소형 냉장고에 지나지 않았다. Room "reluctantly" cleaned. But bedsheets and linen not replaced and tidied (even though we placed the card notice on beds)

Great location, just beside ICC Pudu. Big Hotel plenty of rooms. Rating 3.8/5 overall. Ard rm160 included 2 breakfast. But I rather pay rm110 for room only if can.

Room is spacious for twin sharing, car park provided for those driving to city-Good job. Mini fridge don't know is working or not but the hair dryer spoiled. Reminder: To keep your deposit receipt before checkout in order for the refund process(Receptionist never remind us) Only 1 room card was given when check in.
