인피니티 풀은 그의 가장 큰 기믹이다. 객실에는 샴푸나 슬리퍼가 없습니다. 시트, 베개, 이불이 충분히 깨끗하지 않습니다. 인피니티 풀 옆에는 옷을 갈아입을 수 있는 사물함이 없습니다. 집주인의 서비스도시기 적절하지 않습니다.

. . . 최악의 경험. 수백 개의 호텔만큼 좋지는 않습니다. 샤워실에 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않아서 스위치를 켜고 20분을 기다려도 여전히 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않아 정말 짜증이 났습니다. 체크아웃을 하고 짐을 보관한 후 짐을 찾으러 20분 가까이 기다려서 거의 다 왔다고 미리 전화를 드렸습니다. 방에 들어갈 때 냄새가 났고 에어컨이 없었습니다. . . 하룻밤에 600위안이 넘는 호텔에 묵어봤지만 1박에 1,000위안을 넘는 호텔은 없었습니다. . . 체크인하려면 WeChat이나 What's App을 통해 저희에게 연락하셔야 합니다. . .

Quality service from before check-in all the way to check-out. High level of responsiveness and availability to support by staff. Fantastic apartment with great views of main landmarks. Sky infinity pool at top deck was the cherry on top of the cake, superb 😎

Beautiful and spacious rooms with nice view facing the twin towers, the infinity pool is also amazing especially at night. You get different landlords for the room, it’s not like a traditional hotel where you have a reception that deals with all the rooms.

To me the receptionist gave me a bad service. As the booking confirmation shown that i can get an early check in, but when arrived they told that the room havent ready yet and doesn’t arrange for luggage kept service. After some commotion, then they told will help with it. As for the place, it is a nice strategic place if you want to stroll around KL.

不要入住這裏，我深有體會。 1、酒店有些房間甲醛嚴重超標，進入房間就是**。 2、不是酒店，就是公寓，然後公寓保安實行兩種區別對待，常住居民走正門，我們這種遊客走後門，同時我們遊客不允許坐在公共區域休息，完全是偷偷摸摸的進出。 3、酒店保安和前台沒有給華人該有的禮貌和尊敬，知道馬來排華，但沒想到一個服務行業也這樣。 4、晚上22點後酒店前台根本沒有人服務。 5、我們入住的房間，還有未屬於房間該有的物品，明顯是未打掃清理乾淨。 這次馬來之行完全被這家公寓給破壞掉。
