Bilik ok. Cuma bilik yg diduduki tak sama seperti dlm gambar yg ditempah. Rasa jawapan yg diberikan oleh pihak pengurusan kurang meyakinkan.

The rooms were really spacious. We are family of four and we took the deluxe room and found it very large with queen bed, single bed and extra sofa couch. Toilet was huge as well. Only downside was the rooms had a stale smell of where it was hardly used. Toilet too. The hotel room had an eerie vibe feeling. Other than that ok. Hotel breakfast we didnt manage to try as we all woke up late.

Our fourth time here, and probably the last. We have written on guest feedback card for them to make improvement, sadly to say those suggestions or feedback have fallen on deaf ears. Not recommended as it doesn't bring value with the money paid. Pros: - quiet destination with cooling air, we didn't have to turn on the air conditioner yet was able to have a good night sleep - Big space. Our room has a couch. Cons: - No handsoap was provided. they only provided a small small tube of body soap. Of course, we have to ask for more by walking to the reception desk - No extra towel was given, although we have asked one for our baby son. Reason given 'because it's COVID and we need extra sanitisation' - Gym and swimming pool remained closed - No tissue or napkins provided. - No table and chair at the balcony area - Perhaps it's in a smaller town, the service of the hotel staffs is not that something you can expect from what you can get from bigger town/city.

방 자체는 내가 지출 한 금액에 비해 매우 넓습니다. 처음에는 업그레이드라고 생각했지만 가족이 머물렀던 다른 방은 똑같아 보였습니다. 물이 차가운 에어컨에서 우리를 따뜻하게 유지하기에 충분히 뜨겁지 않았기 때문에 샤워 물이 향상 될 수 있습니다. 각 층에는 대부분 결함이 있고 얼룩이있는 일반적인 철이 하나씩 제공되었습니다. 많은 사람들이 결혼식 행사를 위해 손님이 있기 때문에이를 살펴볼 수 있다면 감사 할 것입니다. 철을 제공하거나 유지하는 것이 대단히 감사합니다. 전반적으로 넓은 방에 돈을 쓸 가치가 있습니다.

위치는 괜찮습니다. 객실은 리조트 이름으로 약간 과대 평가되었으며 USAS 아래 학생 프로그램과 더 일치합니다. TV는 작동하지 않으며 전기는 항상 정전됩니다.
