The hotel is perfectly situated just off the main square. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They are cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfasts are amazing. The staff are very friendly and will organise trips, taxis and tours for you. Highly recommended.

A fabulous hotel, room was perfect and very clean.Beds were comfortable,another pillow would have been good .Breakfast was great too.ideal location.. 7 minute walk from train station and 5 minute walk to the Main Square . Would definitely recommend.Would definitely stay again if we were to go back to this beautiful city.

Fabulous hotel. This was our first time in Krakow and we could not have picked a better hotel. spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and great location! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful Would defo stay again

My partner & I are just back from a weekend stay at H12, staff are friendly & can’t do enough for you. The hotel is central in a great location. The rooms are clean, the only down side we had was the bed was a little hard & not enough pillows. Loved all the little touches from the free tea, coffee & fudge at reception to the slippers in the room. Would highly recommend & definitely would stay again

What a superb little hotel situated a short walk from the railway station and less than 5 minutes walk from the centre of the old town. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, welcoming and friendly both on reception and down in the breakfast bar. The rooms are clean, bright, modern, and spacious, with a great bathroom. We went there following a recommendation from friends, and we were not disappointed. If we revisit Krakow, this is where we will be staying.

We stayed one night in early April and can highly recommend H12 - very clean, airy, spacious, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was really excellent. One unexpected bonus: the hotel is across the way from the music academy, and we were treated to beautiful piano music, and later to opera singing, as we were walking past.

Great Location minutes away from the main square. Rooms were clean. Check in efficient and staff helpful and pleasent. Free tea, coffee, and cake in reception. Free WiFi. Fridge in the room with daily water provided. Only negatives are - There was no shower curtain around the bath, so the bathroom flooded when having a shower. A/C was not available, and the rooms were very hot. Breakfast was very traditional, which is fine if you like fruit, yoghurt, pastries, and meats. It's not very good if you are expecting full English. Would definitely use it again if going back to Krakow.

PROS 11 minutes away by walking from via SKA1 Kraków Grzegórzki station (one stop after the main station) A few minutes away from Old Town Tucked in a quiet Helpful and nice receptionists Big room Welcome map packet helpful Enough nearby attractions Has a snack bar and some refreshments in the lobby CONS Don’t really like the design of the bathroom Electric sockets in sideboards obscured by the side tables i only noticed them when checking out No enough electric sockets No place to put luggage- i used the center table The street is supposedly not pick up friendly by bolt (which may seem true for a lot of inside small roads). With luggage in tow and the wee hours of the morning, will need to wait in an alley nearby. Big rooms - Junior Suite

We have just arrived home to the UK after staying at the h12 hotel in Krakow. We used Bolt to get us from the airport, this was around 35 zloty and took 25 minutes or so, fantastic service. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly young man on reception who informed us that although we were 4 hours early for check in, we could leave our bags whilst we went out exploring. He then made a phonecall and to our delight said our rooms were in fact ready, so we could check in after all… 4 hours early!!! Fantastic. The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room (and also in reception area) and 2 bottles of water, this was re stocked everyday. Bathroom was modern and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. 5 minute walk to the main square. We found it was just far enough away to be quite at night, we felt that had we have stayed any closer to the main square, it would have been noisy. We can’t comment on the breakfast as we opted for room only, there are plenty of bakeries and restaurants around offering breakfast so we ate out each morning. If/when we return to Krakow, we would definitely stay at the h12 again. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience!
