호텔 M29(Hotel M29)

매우 좋은 서비스와 매우 멋진 방. 거기에서 2박을 묵었습니다. 어젯밤에 아팠는데 직원들이 매우 도움이 되었고 두 시간 후에 체크아웃할 수 있도록 준비해 주었습니다. 또한 체크아웃 후 10시간 동안 가방을 호텔에 맡겨야 했습니다. 정말 추천합니다. 중심지까지 도보 약 10분!!

Einfach mega!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel M29, and it certainly did not disappoint! What really stood out for us was how clean the hotel was and how friendly/helpful the staff were. Our bedding was changed, and rooms were cleaned daily with bottled water provided to replace what we had used. The staff member on reception was welcoming on our arrival, and the member of staff at breakfast was really helpful, offering us scrambled eggs each morning. There was plenty of choice at breakfast - pastries, fruit, yoghurt, nuts/seeds, Cereal, fruit juice, hot drinks, cheese, meats, sausages, bacon, fried eggs and much more. There was plenty of choice to cater to everyone. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It took us around 20 minutes to walk to old town Krakow and in the opposite direction about 20 minutes to explore the area around Schindler's factory (we would definitely recommend visiting there by the way!). The facilities in the rooms were excellent. There was storage space for luggage and clothes, a safe, mini fridge with mini bar items (at an extra cost), kettle with tea and coffee, hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. We contacted the hotel prior to our stay to ask if our 2 rooms could be next to each other if possible. We understood that this may not be possible, but the hotel managed to cater to this request for us which was very much appreciated. Our rooms were on the top floor which meant that had large sky light windows in the ceiling and only small square ones that looked out onto the streets. This wasn't an issue for us, but please bear this in mind if you would like a view of outside! Thank you to all of the staff at Hotel m29 for making our stay so comfortable. Our time in Hotel M29 was perfect. Reception Desk staff was super helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Deluxe room was spacious, cozy and well-equipped. We had a good sleep, beds were comfortable. The best mulled wine in Kraków. It was perfect drink to warm up after visit at Kraków Chris**as Market. Bar Staff was lovely and chatty. We will definitely come back!

Excellent hotel and location. All staff very friendly. Reception very helpful at all times and organised our trips, bar staff made excellent cocktails and loads of choice for breakfast. Lovely decorated rooms with comfortable beds. I highly recommend and would definitely book this boutique hotel again.

Had a 4 night stay at this excellent hotel. It is idealy situated for a variety of very good restaurants and bars and easy access to many sights either walking or getting around on the tram. The hotel restaurant is well worth a visited. All the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome. Would recommend this hotel as my wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

We’ve just come back from staying 3 nights in this hotel, M29, in Krakow and it was excellent. The staff were super friendly. The bar area and outdoor seating area were delightful. The bedrooms were great. Very quiet area of Krakow and in walking distance to the Jewish quarter for great restaurants. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I have already recommended it to a friend.

Had a very pleasant two nights stay. Super confy hotel with spacious room, excellent breakfast and very helpfull staff. The best stay on our week long road trip in the baltics and Poland.

Myself and my husband stayed here for 4 nights on a b&b basis. The hotel was immaculate. Staff were all very friendly and so helpful. Room was modern and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the back of the building and garden/courtyard area. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety and dinner was even better (the duck and sweet potato dish was so good😊) The hotel itself is situated in the Jewish area with lots of lovely restaurants and bars around as well as plenty of convenience stores and a few minutes walk to public transport routes. Close to the old town, the river and the former Jewish ghetto, this hotel is perfectly situated to explore krakow. If I could ask for 1 thing from this hotel it would be to have a seat or 2 on the balcony. Other than that it was perfect and we would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.
