돔 카시미(Dom Casimi)

Nice size room overlooking the square in the Jewish quarter. Good breakfast variety with an option for freshly cooked eggs. Regular room clean and towel change. Situated within 15 mins walking of the main square and the south side of the river. Choice of bar/restaurants nearby and trams very close. Would recommend and stay again.

We have just returned from our 8th visit to Kraków (the most wonderfull city), and the 6th time we stayed at Dom Casimi. We love this hotel so much, the place and staff make us feel at home. The rooms are perfect, breakfasttable great and the staff allways helpfull and friendly. We are very much looking forward to come back again (and again and ....)

I stayed here for 5 nights and felt excellent. My room was a bit budget, only at the hotel did I see that there are much bigger and better equipped rooms than the one I stayed in. Nevertheless, I felt excellent here. Attention, the hotel does not have an elevator, so a disabled or older person could have problems if they get a room on the upper floors. Very good breakfast, the lady who serves the table asks every time if we want eggs or an omelette and she cooks them on the spot. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but you can park in the public parking lot right in front of the hotel for 60 zlots/day. I felt very well here and if I come back to Krakow, I will stay here again.

Whole hotel had very terrible problem with air inside. There was mold on the walls and it smell like mold inside whole building. The smell got stuck on our clothes and items. It was so horrible experience.

The hotel was great and has an authentic atmosphere. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of things one could choose. The location is also very good, because it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the square 'Stare Misto' and the hotel is situated in the Jewish neighbourhood of Krakow. Parking can be a bit difficult because you have to park on the street and pay a parking fee. However, if you plan trips during the day it's not a big issue.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a sightseeing trip. It is well located with just a short walk into the main tourist areas, but also has some wonderful things close by. The breakfast was traditional and plenty of options. Rooms were clean if a little old and dated but I felt this added to the charm of the place. Would stay here again in I returned to Krakow

I really wanted to love this place. The room in which we stayed was beautiful and so is the location. It did not feel like a hotel in a very good way. I'm very tempted to return here on my next trip, but I'm not so sure after some unfortunate experiences at Dom Casimi. It started with us finding dirty, used, underwear and some candy on the floor right next to our bed. The staff, which consists solely of teenagers, was apologetic when confronted but did not seem to care very much. This was in the first few hours of our stay. As the days pass it's hard not to hear the staff, and their friends (i assume), chitchatting and yelling just outside our window every single night. Combined with the lack of air conditioning and fridge it made the evenings quite unpleasant. During our last day I kindly asked if they had a scale we could borrow, so as to see how much our luggage weighed. The teen staffer laughed at me, responded no and proceeded to advertise their restaurant. Rude. During check-out there was no one at the desk, so we rang the bell. Another teen showed up through a door staring at us, as if we'd interrupted something. There seemed to be a party going on in the bar locale, from what we could hear. All in all this stay was a mixed bag. The subpart service makes it tough for me to recommend, but if you appreciate a beautiful room and location (and you're willing to compromise) this is a good place to stay.
