#好評#對位置，交通方便程度滿意；#負評#對鄰近餐廳，房內採光，走廊隔音失望；距离机场大巴很近，作为赶凌晨飞机前一夜休息的好选择。 房子是老房子，隔音巨差。建筑大门每次有人进来就胖当一声直接把房间门震到b以为有人抢劫。楼上还有人连夜蹦迪，八点到十一点吧没听过。

A great experience from start to finish the place is really easy to find and so central you can walk to the square it’s literally two minutes The check in process is dead easy you just get a code and it’s so easy, the rooms are really clean and beds dead comfortable just a few little things I would add to make it better a full length mirror in the rooms would be good and more then one pillow and also two towels per guest. We only had one towel per guest and a bath Mat but besides that it was great! I would definitely recommend people to stay here!

Let me start by saying I can be hard to please! The negative reviews I read before I left made me extremely anxious and worried what we were going to experience. I highly recommend the place! Before going I ensured we emailed them to advise we’d be late checking in. The self check in detail Was emailed by 2pm and was ready for our landing. I think some people hadn’t read about this before hand and appeared confused outside however they called the number and received a friendly swift response. I had also requested a quieter room due to the reviews and were in room 9. My main worry from reviews was the safe. I used the safe which you put your own 6 digit number into. Had no issues. Nothing stolen and used for a whole week! Service - was exceptional - whenever I had a request it was dealt with promptly. I would emailed the reception a few times (including for extra loo roll) and it was delivered promptly. I absolutely can’t fault them! And trust me I did test them with my requests lol There is a hairdryer in the room. They don’t service rooms or didn’t in our 5 day stay. I requested extra towels for my hair and to stand in when getting out of shower. They came promptly and with a smile! One review I read complained about shower water filling tray. I’ve had this experience in many hotels including 5* ones. Ours did if it was on full blast, so I turned it down a touch so water ran away easier - it’s not rocket science! Breakfast was fresh and lovely. A selection of cold cuts, hot breakfast and cereal. I’m fussy and I liked it! Location is great. 10mins walk (ish) to main square. I genuinely don’t understand the bad reviews. I would definitely stay here again and will likely should we return to Krakow. So don’t be put off! And enjoy your stay!

I’ve read a lot of negative reviews about the check in process, if people check the booking documents it explains it is self check in and how it works. We received our check in instructions on the day as we boarded our flight from England. Maybe we were lucky I don’t know but it was very straight forward and easy. Our room wasn’t as big as expected, not enough towels for 4 of us, an extra mirror would be great and more pillows but if they are the only negatives I can live with that. Plenty of tea and coffee available in room, clean and tidy. Slightly noisy in night as we faced on to the street but not the end of the world. 10 mins walk to the town. Overall we would stay here again. For a 3 night break it was just what we needed

The apartments were good but the booking in process was poor …got there at 1am rang the emergency number 6 times to get codes to enter building and get room key from key box but no one answered the ‘24 hour service!- what a joke ! phone as a result we couldn’t get into room until 5am …really not happy they knew we were arriving them and could have texted us codes …booked through love holidays and they were just as bad !

Overall very pleased with our stay, 10 minutes to the Old Town on a straight walk down (very easy) and 10 minutes to the train station. Ideally needed a second mirror for us ladies getting ready and an update on the pillows! Apart from that a great stay.

We were worried about self check in but messaged the number shown and sent code within minutes.lovely clean room for 2 people only complaint was the shower wasn’t on the tracks properly.Great location 10 minute walk to old town.The building sight has work men from about 7.15am every morning but this didn’t affect us as we were up early for the trips.Also not the hotels fault there are work men. we had breakfast each morning which I enjoyed as a fussy eater to ! If you need any extra towels or toilet rolls ect just give them a message they will drop them off . Don’t understand all the negative reviews hotel was perfect for what we needed for 3 nights ! Will recommend to people visiting krakow for the price we paid !

Self check in - luckily we managed to get into the building as workmen had left the door open. We were not sent check in details so were very lucky to bump into a member of staff. Room - basic. Twin beds when requested double. Small bathroom which smelt slightly of drains. Noise - had no sleep at all due to paper thin walls. Heard every word of other guests conversations. Shoes and suitcases on our ceiling from room above. Constant doors banging. Trams on the street, building work. Worst night ever. Booked 3 nights. Checked out after 1. Do not recommend.

This hotel gets some criticism about its self check-in system however it's really simple as long as you follow the steps, and make sure to check your booking documents as we didn't realise it said you have to call or message the hotel a few days before you get there to confirm you're still going. We were fine and I assume they get this a lot. The hotel is tidy and clean, there is a lift however you'll have to carry your suitcases up a flight of small stairs to your room still. The room was nice and again tidy and everything worked as it should, there's a mini fridge, telly, all in one shower gel and other basics. The bed was quite comfortable, the pillows were very small. The one and only thing I'd say about this hotel is the rooms aren't very sound proof so you can hear people talking outside your room and people storming around above you, we heard someone throwing up which was unpleasant but obviously isn't the hotels fault so can't blame them. Overall a good hotel in a great location.
