Fantastic, friendly hotel in a great location just by the river.

房間很乾凈 床有點小 空調壞了 退房時間比較早 不是很方便 總體還不錯👍

Fantastic little hotel, modern, clean and very comfortable. We had room 307 overlooking the square and tram stop. Only had breakfast once which was great good selection of food and drinks. The Bar was nice not expensive. Plenty of places to eat and drink locally. Easy and very cheap trams to get everywhere especially the Main square/Christmas markets. It's walkable but a good 20 - 25 mins. Kamierez district is just over the river from the hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. No complaints at all. A shout out to Magda on reception very helpful young Lady. Helped us sort out 24hr tram tickets and other information. Would highly reccomend this hotel 10/10

I spent 4 nights at this hotel. Just a room which was as expected… clean and tidy. But the receptionist Magda was so lovely. Managed to show me how to use the trams and get around.lovely from the day I arrived and she deserves to be mentioned …. I will return as I love krakow

We have just had a 3 night stay at the Plaza Boutique hotel in Krakow. The room itself was fine, comfortable and clean although the plug in the bath didn’t fit and so wouldn’t hold the water. The breakfast was ok, pretty good choice and plenty of it. More fruit options would have been nice though. There was none on the first day (and we were first there at 7am) yet on the final day there was much more choice. Strange. As other posters have said, it’s a good 30 minute walk to the old town but much closer to the Jewish Quarter which we actually preferred. What really let the hotel down in our experience was the front of house staff. They didn’t really engage with us at all, often not even looking up from their phones/screens when we came down for breakfast or saying hello/goodbye when we came and went. Rarely even a smile. This did not apply to the waiting staff at breakfast who were friendly and helpful. Would we return to this hotel. No.

Lovely modern boutique hotel. Rooms clean tidy & modern also very spacious.Bed was comfortable. We had a balcony which you could sit out & overlook the small square. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Staff were polite & friendly. Hotel is situated half an hour's walk to the Old town & a short walk to the river we enjoyed the walk to the Old Town to get a feel of the City also it was a nice walk along the river which you could get to Wawel Castle.Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of hotel.If you don't like walking you can catch a tram outside the hotel which was cheap. Would definitely stay again in Plaza Boutique

Lovely room, well presented. Bathroom was a great size and very clean! Overall the room was perfect! Staff were very polite, helpful and very accommodating! Couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you very much, I’ll defiantly be back again in the future

Clean, friendly staff, location is in Ghetto area so 10 mins walk to Jewish Qtr and 30 mins walk to the Old Town. We mostly walked in the morning through Jewish Qtr then up to the Old Town. Late night Uber back to the hotel was around £4. Would highly recommend. Breakfast was also very good

Great hotel with very friendly accommodating staff. In a quieter area away from the main square but either a nice walk in or a couple of stops on the tram. Plenty of small independent cafes/bars around the hotel. Plenty of good advice and tips for things to do, places to eat etc from reception
