Style. Converted resurrected 14th century monastery. ADC atelier designed. New smart addition to ancient Krakow. Setting. Vibrant playful beautiful hotel between the charming old town and Jewish quarter Explore. Wander to the castle and extraordinary old town. Rooms. 125 rooms. Got to check in early and was upgraded to room 001, a ground floor modern junior suite (loved the yummy smelling Sól by Alexandra Soveral toiletries), with one window looking out at the “courtyard” wall and very much hidden in a quiet corner of the hotel. Personally I would have preferred a room on a higher floor. My room felt like it sank halfway underground and was a little claustrophobic. It was also not straight forward to get to, you need to switch lifts and walk down a long hallway underground, then switch over to another long dimly lit hallway. @ the hotel: Hotel’s Sól spa comes with a pool, infrared sauna, steam room, and plenty of wellness options Food & drinks. Two restaurants, Gaia and John Dory. Wanted to try JD which was closed, but had a cocktail from dramatic & cool Hedwig’s bar in a curvaceous former chapel. Breakfast was pretty good too. Prices. A bargain at US$160.59 Rating. 4/5 Not perfect as room bad a loose toilet seat and the slippers were paper thin

Absolument pas au niveau d'un 5* De nombreux incidents dans les chambres, un SPA dans lequel les personnes viennent en chausson ou en baskets, ce qui en fait un espace absolument pas hygiénique, où certains bains ne fonctionnent pas (le froid par exemple), et où des éléments du hammam qui avaient été signalés comme dangereux (coupure probable pour les pieds) n'avaient toujours pas été changés, tout comme une douche défectueuse. Un nombre limité de places dans ledit SPA. Un bar inacessible le soir du Nouvel An car privatisé. Un service de petit déjeuner mal organisé. Bref, un hôtel dans lequel je ne retournerai sans doute pas. Heureusement que nous avons eu l'occasion de croiser un des meilleurs bartenders avec Marius....

We had the pleasure of organizing an international three-day conference at the Stradom House Hotel. The hotel is sensational, definitely worth the price. For me and the others who were responsible for organizing the event, the support of all the hotel staff was crucial, and no matter who we approached for help, everyone provided it willingly and with commi**ent. In addition, the food, the preparation of the conference room, the gym deserve the highest rating. I would definitely recommend as a place to hold a corporate event for 70 people.

We had just a great time. Wonderful location, amazing breakfast, very nice staff. We had quite a lot of luggage and three bellhops came to help us load our taxi when we were leaving, that was really just one of their professional attention to the last moment of our stay. Next door restaurant Stradomska is excellent. The toiletries in the room are amazing too, by Alexandra Soveral.

Rarely do I consider a hotel stay actually flawless but our recent stay at the Stradom House was just that. From the helpfulness of the staff to the quality of the finishing on walls and floors to the quality of the food, this hotel delivered in every respect. The location is superb just on the edge of the Old Town and adjacent to tram lines. Special thanks to concierge Michael for going out of his way to help us post a package home, it was much appreciated. No question that our next Krakow stay will be here.

As a new hotel, the rooms are impeccably clean and free of wear and tear. We were in a king room on the fourth floor facing the courtyard for three nights. It was incredibly quiet. The bed was wonderful and we both slept well. It was a delight as we had been hustling for several days. There are a few quirky things about the rooms - or at least ours. Firstly, despite a large size room, there is little storage. One of the two of us needed to keep our things in our suitcase as there were few drawers. The closet is tiny as well. Secondly. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Thirdly, there is no outlet close to a mirror so one might dry and style their hair. One can sort of stretch a cord, but it is awkward. Finally, although the bathroom is charming, it too could use with either a bit more counter space and a shelf. Another few things of note, the water in the room is complementary, although there was no signage to let you know. Also, there are robes, but no slippers, which is very odd for this class of hotel. (I truly enjoy those little slippers on a strange floor.) Overall, lovely hotel in a great location. Really just needs to work out some small kinks that would make the experience a true 5 star.

We stayed here for 4N in early May and had a lovely time. The hotel is beautifully furnished and is in an excellent location more or less equidistant between the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town. With regards to its amenities the spa and bar are fantastic, we didn’t eat at the hotel apart from breakfast on the first morning which we thought was pricy (£25 per person) compared to what is available locally. But that’s only a slight criticism. Overall we would highly recommend Stradom House and loved our stay - especially its very comfy beds!

This hotel is truly amazing. From the minute we arrived we had a fabulous stay.We booked a twin room. We were upgraded on arrival. All staff we had interaction with could not be more helpful and friendly. The facilities are second to none, especially the spa ( which was a dream!). The location was also great-right between the old town/Jewish quarter-easily accessible by foot. I highly recommend , you will not be disappointed!

One of the best hotels i have stayed in! From the service and amenities that you get! The spa is a little piece of heaven after a busy day, and the room was beautiful and had everything that you needed. My favourite was also sitting in the bar a beautiful room. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was also lovely and loads of choice, and even made us drinks to go.
