오텔 파르크 레지당스(Hôtel Parc Résidence)

Hotel chosen based on photos online. On arrival rather a cool welcome. No clear explanation of which rooms cost how much exactly and we are pushed into a room somewhere. Next morning breakfast pretty ok but again the staff are fairly unpleasant. We leave with a guide by the hotel designated a day through a village on to a waterfall and on our return have to check out around 17h because of an emergency. Neither staff nor manager show understanding for this dire situation and initially demand the full amount for a second night. After a fierce discussion, we did get a discount of barely 10000cfa. Positives: location, nature, swimming pool. Minuses: friendliness of staff and management, prices of food and drinks (too expensive), cleanliness of room (dead mosquitoes on mosquito net and in bathroom lamp)

Super hotel. Very friendly staff, always hoepfully. Very nice view and area. Nice swimming Pool and very clean and modern rooms. The rooms are also very big! I would advise the hotel to everybody visiting kpalime.

This is a small hotel set in the tress just outside the town. My room was spacious with a huge terrace, which was shared with the room next door. The shower room was also very big. The aircon worked well. The pool was nice and the staff friendly. Breakfast was ok, but not the best

We spent one night here. This is a lovely hotel. The room was huge, with nice furniture, great AC and a large bathroom. The grounds were gorgeously landscaped. Staff were friendly and generally spoke good English. Food was also good, plus they had imported Belgian beer! The only issue was the wifi, which was slow, did not work in our room, and was turned off during an overnight storm.

Très belle adresse voir la plus belle trouvée au nord de Lomé. Cadre idyllique, personnel avenant, globalement très propre, chambres spacieuses et repas corrects au bord de la piscine dans un jardin tropical. Il s’agit de notre 2e visite à cet établissement

Très joli hôtel au calme avec un bon accueil. Lrs chambres sont spacieuses et correctes, propes. La piscine est agréable et les jardins soont beaux . Nous y avons également bien mangé et les sandwichs fournis pour la randonnées étaient très bien.

Bel hôtel jardin et piscine très apprécié chambre suite bien mais au premier étage la chambre est aussi bien et un peu moins chère. Penser réserver !! Repas bons Personnel bien mais variable parfois Room service payant... A recommander pour sa piscine son calme et son jardin idyllique Excursion aux cascades a faire notamment celle là plus difficile 2h marché aller mais sous la cascade c est genial

Un charmant "petit" jardin bien entretenu. L'accueil est cordial, et cela durant tout notre séjour. Les chambres (1 et 2) sont spacieuses à la décoration minimaliste. Le poste télé ne marche pas pour manque de connexion au câble ou a une quelconque antenne. Le wi-fi presque inexistant ou assez capricieux. Les salles de bains sont grandes mais assez simples : ne vous attendez pas a trouver autre chose au delà d'un savon. Dimanche nous sommes rentrés tard de notre promenade : une de deux chambres était ouverte et la chambre et la salle de bain sans nettoyer ! (aucun objet manquant à l'appel). Coté resto, cuisine simple et peu variée (pas de plats africains). Le petit déjeuner compliqué a choisir entre le simple, le continental et le complet... mais rien d'extravagant. La piscine, semble n'avoir un vrai système de filtrage a moteur, donc si vous avez des enfants faites quand-même attention. Je suis sur que tout cela peut s'améliorer, a espérer.

Superbe bâtisse au milieu de la forêt avec chambre spacieuse et très confortable au 2 ieme très belle vue sur la forêt et les montagnes environnentes. Belle piscine dans un jardin joliment arboré. Personnel de service très agréable et à l'écoute. Bonne cuisine du petit-déjeuner au dîner. Experience à renouveler.
